I ordered the Teraflex HD Ball Joints and when I got them I noticed that they didn't have upper or lower orientation on them so I called you guys and asked which one is the upper and which is the lower and they gave me the wrong information so I watched a you tube video and called Teraflex to confirm that the longer joint goes on the bottom. The information that you guys gave me could have caused an installation issues or even worse caused catastrophic issues while driving my vehicle! To say I'm not happy with customer service is to say the least
The bumper was scratched out of the Box. I was missing bolts, and there was no insulation instructions inside the box.

Perfect buying experience. Wheels and tires showed up fast and were mounted, balanced, and nitrogen filled. Super easy process!
Window wind guards were ordered for Jeep Gladiator. The parts received were for a Jeep Wrangler. I explained the problem and received a RMA from customer service representative on the phone and returned the order. I later learned the Wrangler and Gladiator parts were the same fit. (Customer Service Representative should have known). Also the order arrived a day late because the shipping company almost completely destroyed the box and had to re-tape it. Lucky the parts were not damaged.

Item showed up super fast, had everything i needed. Got rid of my 3ish yr old magnaflow for this mbrp and i like it. Pipes had 0 dents or dings, everuthing lined up and worked like it should. Had it installed in about 30min, hardest part was removing the old exhaust lol exhaust hanger removal plier tool makes a world of a difference thats for dang sure.
Had one bulb quit, now will have on hand spares. Thought there were small lights for turn signals in the order, there weren't any in the box.
Had the parts I needed, and were shipped in a timely fashion. Very satisfied.
