I went to a lot of website but I chose express passport because of other peoples reviews. My experience was very easy to do and in a short amount of time. My experience with express passport was amazing! I realized my passport was expired when upgrading my seating on airplane. Went to post office and AAA and they both said I would have to travel to Michigan or Boston if I wanted my passport in a hurry, so that's when I found express passport.com on google, called them and they told me what I needed to do. Spoke to them on a Wednesday and the following Tuesday I received my renewed passport.

I must say this, I was calling every 1/2 hour to find out what next step to take. Lovely people and patient. The website is tricky and I had to resubmit 3 times. But wil definitely recommend.
Everything was user friendly and clear. Received my passport back quickly and everything looks great. I was a little hesitant to use this service but I had no other choice but to use an online service like this! No regrets (except next time, I'll be more responsible and renew my passport in plenty of time!).
