Initially had issues with the website, but customer service provided an alternate website to complete our order. Our representative was extremely patient and based on availability, recommended paying for a cheaper package. Shipped documents to company on Tuesday, received passport on Monday. Easy checklists and instructions. Expensive but saved us a 6 hour drive we were unable to make. Thank you.
Expresspassport was able to get us a new passport for my son in less than 48 hours after we discovered it lost 3 days before our vacation-that is including a trip to a passport identification center which is required for passports under 16-marvellous!

As a first time applying for a passport, it was very simple and they worked with us to resolve any issues quickly, even missing or misplaced documents and we received our passports when promised. Very happy!
You offered a 10% discount if I replied to an email notice you sent me, so I clicked on the link to finish my application (as directed by your offer) and when I finally made my purchase, i was charged $5.00 MORE than what your total noted at check out. I told the customer service rep about the issue, she said she turned it over to some other department and I never heard another thing about it and was not reimbursed for the discount. IF that would not have happened you would have received 5 stars across the board. But I do not like or appreciate scam advertising.

I paid for this service for my mother-in-law and aunt so I am reviewing for them. Renewal expediting is actually really easy. I don't know how they got it so fast but we sent our documents on a Thursday and had both passports in the same package by Wednesday of the next week.
I didn't know a minor's passport could not be renewed. My son is already 7 so his baby passport expired. I had to do the whole process over again and my trip was about 2 weeks away. I picked Express Passport based on the reviews and they saved the day. Hugely thankful for their A+ efforts!

Everyone was really patient with me the process was easy but i still have a lot of questions definitely recommended if you like me need your passport much quicker than the two months it takes at the post office
I was able to renew my Grandfathers passport for him without needing an appointment. It's hard to get an 88-year-old man to do anything he doesn't want to do. We have a cruise in July but didn't want to risk sending it out for slow processing. We paid for the slowest service and still received it within 2 weeks, maybe even sooner. It was really fast.
The process was intimidating at first but once I called in and spoke with the representatives, they helped me through the process. I had to call a few times because I kept getting worried I was doing it wrong, but they always stayed on the phone with me and made sure everything was done correctly. They also emailed me during each step of the processing which gave me some peace as this all was very overwhelming. In the end I received my passport within a few days and I still had time to spare.
We ordered passports for our whole family so the price was a concern. However, we price shopped around and found that Express had competitive prices and also had the best reviews. We are glad we trusted our instinct because all of our passports arrived within a week and they all came together. No shipping issues or anything. The reps did walk us through some of the documents and made sure we had everything correctly filled out so that helped us prevent any issues from arising. Much appreciated!
Completing government forms is nerve-racking. I called customer service, rep was very helpful and assured me all was in order. He gave me a guaranteed time for my documents to arrive. I sent documents tuesday, had them back monday morning, in 3 working days, two days ahead if guaranteed deadline. Great service all around!
I would like to thank Express Passport for making a seemingly daunting task absolutely effortless. Once I filled out the required information, all that was left was a 15 minute trip to the Post Office for the sealed official documents, and shipping those to Express Passport. Everything else was taken care of in a very timely manner, with no more effort on my part.
