I would like to thank Express Passport for making a seemingly daunting task absolutely effortless. Once I filled out the required information, all that was left was a 15 minute trip to the Post Office for the sealed official documents, and shipping those to Express Passport. Everything else was taken care of in a very timely manner, with no more effort on my part. I was kept in the loop during the entire process, and was returned my personal documents with a brand new passport in less time than I would have ever expected. Thank you Express Passport.
Very impressed with the knowledge and courtesy of the contact persons. They knew what they were doing and ensured that the paperwork was completed exactly as required for a flawless delivery. It's not exactly an easy process if you've never do it before but the staff was professional and courteous which says a lot nowadays. The instruction documents were helpful but honestly the best thing about the service is having someone to call and email throughout the process. They also processed it really quickly which is why I paid for the service.
No issues just wanted to say thank you. You may be a small company but you are professionals. I would hire all of you to work for me if I could! Friendly and most importantly honest. You don't get much better than that.
The price was the main reason we chose Express Passport because we needed to get passports for 3 adults and 4 kids. We called around to nearly every company and Express answered their phone right away. They were also the most helpful and fair on pricing. Antonio helped me out and Jessica and Sandra helped out my in-laws. The staff was patient and thorough. Thank you to your company for everything.

OMG I almost forgot to review! If you are thinking about traveling and you need your passport processed super fast, give them a call! They will tell you what it will cost to get it done and exactly what you need. They do all the hard work to make sure it's processed in time. Def worth it!
Do not under any circumstance use this service. On Dec 6,2020 my husband submitted his paperwork in person for the expedited service for our upcoming trip Feb 24,2021. It is now Feb 17,2021 and we do not have his passport. This situation is now very stressful as this was planned to be a family trip with others depending on us and has not been made any better by their customer service. There is zero culpability on their part and there is zero effort made to help us. You are better off dealing directly with the State Department as several members of the group had done that and received their passports in 3-4 weeks (understandably this is FAST), but they started their process AFTER we submitted my husbands paperwork to Express Passport. They were received 2 weeks and we still have no answers as to where my husband's passport is.
I was diverted unknowingly from the US Postal site. I did not know this until they got my CC information. I immediately reached out via email and phone ( no answer), no help on website that I needed to cancel because their service will not work. I have a minor child and must appear in person. They never responded to and it's been 2.5 months. They have claimed to the BBB and my CC company that they can't give my money back despite no service because I did not use a proper cancellation form that they must provide within 3 days. However, they don't provide it! This service is only useful to an adult renewing ( you can do this at court or post office). Otherwise, it's a bait and switch scam.
So I submitted my application and it was received in Thursday at 10am. I have a chance to make an appointment with the passport agency nearby but I have to either have my application and supporting documents or have a case number. Called them today to see what the status is. A lady answered with a lot of noose in the background and she basically hung up on me when I asked the same question twice since I didn't hear the answer. Called again and after 40 minutes another lady answered and said it is still being reviewed by another department before it gets submitted to the agency! Isn't this supposed to be a rushed service?! Why is the delay coming from the company claiming to rush things up for you?! I could've submitted the application myself and it would've been way faster.
I will come back and change my 1 star rating once I get my refund. I went in with my paperwork that I downloaded had everything I needed only for the post office to tell me I needed a referral letter which you all did not include. I would like a full refund since I could not use your company. Thank you in advance. Reference #GW-7E*******D
The 1800 number they will never answer. Try for yourself. The email will never be responded to. Again try for yourself.
You offered a 10% discount if I replied to an email notice you sent me, so I clicked on the link to finish my application (as directed by your offer) and when I finally made my purchase, i was charged $5.00 MORE than what your total noted at check out. I told the customer service rep about the issue, she said she turned it over to some other department and I never heard another thing about it and was not reimbursed for the discount. IF that would not have happened you would have received 5 stars across the board. But I do not like or appreciate scam advertising.

Work came up on very short notice, needed a renewal and express passport did the job right.
They said I would get my passport in 15 days but I got it in 5... great doing business with.
Both customerservice representatives that I spoke with were very helpful and patient. Looking forward to my first vacation in over 5 years. Glad my passport is safely in my hands and not wandering its way through the post office system.
I had a lot of questions but the woman that helped me was very good at her job. I ended up paying less than I thought because I didn't actually need my passport in 24 hours. Good thing I called because I was ready to order the most expensive option!
Staff was friendly and helpful. I probably didn't even need the service but since my cruise line recommends a passport, I went ahead and did it anyway. My passport is good for 10 years now so I guess I just need to travel more!
My husband purchased this even though I didn't think we needed it. Turns out I was wrong! It takes soooo long for normal processing. We ended up getting all of our passports within 8 days including the weekend. The price was necessary or we would have missed our one vacation a year.
I would recommend this service to everyone who needs an expedited passport. I received the best customer service and received the renewed passport within two days. Sandra and Antonio were very helpful. Sandra took me through the whole process on the phone and made sure i did everything right so there were no errors. Thank you again
Big shoutout to the Express team. I think I called them 12 times or more but every time they were friendly and patient. I asked every question I could think of and never once did they make me feel dumb or stupid for being so nervous. Great company if you need a rush passport.
