I keep trying to leave a review but it's not working. I dont use these sites so I apologize if this posts multiple times. I just want to say thank you for the fast service. I recommended them to my neighbor since my wife had used them recently. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We got our sons passport faster than the time we paid for it. And my neighbor just recently told me he had a great experience too. Definitely recommended if you need your passport fast.

My passport was paused because I had an issue with my photo but their team sent me an email and called me right away so I was able to send in a new photo and still got my passport on time. This would never have happened with any other service. Amazing.
Double the price of securing the renewed passport, but it's worth the money for as long as you follow the instructions carefully. Took nine (9) days from dropping the pg@. FedEx to receipt. Great job overall!
Everything was as advertised. Excellent service. You get what you pay for. It was my first time getting a passport and I had little to no time for any errors or delays.
I thought I needed to renew my daughters passport but I am SO glad I called first. Apparently you need to file for a minor passport every single time which means I had to get the consent forms, etc. This would have cost me my trip because I was about to apply for a renewal. Thank you for helping me and my daughter.
I needed my passport in about 10-12 days from departure. From start to finish Express Passport was there for me all the way! They give you easy steps to follow and whenever I had a question they were available. Most of the cost goes toward the passport cost and FedX so their charge is reasonable. I got my passport in time delivered by the date they said. I highly recommend them. Excellent service!
After submitting the initial application I had a lot of questions for your customer rep Alvin Tomattis. He was able to answer all my questions and guide me through the process. Also made sure I knew how to contact if I had any further questions. This is a great service

I was very pleased at the accuracy of the service timing and the level of knowledge the customer service staff have regarding how their process works to ask the right questions to able to give the highest level of service possible. The passport documents were delivered ahead of schedule and I received email updates of each step through their process allowing me to see that nothing was getting delayed or dropped along the process. I wanted to use a local company but I was unable to find one nearby so I went with this one online. I was nervous at first to send my info to them but they had good reviews. I'm glad I trusted them. Both reps I spoke to were very helpful. This was my first time using a professional passport company. I highly recommend them and will use them again for my renewal in 10 years.
I needed quick turn-around to renew my passport for a last minute business trip and chose the one day product. Unfortunately FedEx did not deliver my passport to expresspassport.com in time for it to be processed the next day. The customer service agent worked with me to get my passport processed in the next available slot. I was able to pick my passport up at a FedEx location near the airport on the morning of my flight.
I wasn't sure I could trust all the 5 star reviews, but Express Passport and their entire team saved my trip! Canada has that 90 day validity thing so I needed my passport renewed and fast. I drive truck so this is my livelihood at stake. They did it all for me. Definitely and infinitely worth it.
I actually called three other companies before I got a hold of someone that could help me and it was Express that answered on the first ring. So thank you for that. Also, thank you for being a company that will steer a customer in the right direction. I was ready to shell out thousands of dollars if necessary to get my passport but the agent told me that was not necessary and I could do the cheaper option to still get my passport within 4 days. I appreciate honesty and will always sing the praises of a company that does the right thing.
