Very good service. I was reluctant to just trust any company with my passport information. I read a lot of reviews but still was nervous. I called and spoke with a really kind woman that walked me through everything and never made me feel like it was an upsell. I understood the fees and process and ultimately felt reassured this was legitimate. I was still nervous but I had to get my passport fast. They kept in touch with me during each step of the process and I got my passport with plenty of time to spare. This was well worth the money and the peace of mind eventually came.

Wow! Talk about fast! I sent out my documents Monday morning and had a passport in my hand by Thursday! I admit when I spoke to a representative on the phone I became a little frustrated by the almost condescending way my instructions were conveyed, but when I thought about it this probably ensures that customers get it right the first time. Getting it right the first time expedites the entire process alone. I cannot complain, and I appreciate the expediency in the issuing of my new passport!

Express Passport made my life very easy in a time where I was panicking about getting my passport in time. I even made a mistake on my documents and Charline (Customer Solutions Coordinator) resolved my issues very quickly. First off- if you thnk you need a passport or visa really fast, you should contact them. I thought I needed a visa for my cruise but they looked into it for me and actually just told me I only needed a passport. I ended up getting the card bcause its cheaper but their fees were reasonable and most importantly very fast!
I had an issue with getting my passport within the expected timeframe, but Elie Dakwar took the situation over and was a massive help. I got the passport and was able to leave for my trip. He was a pleasure to deal with, truly professional and came up with solutions to make my trip possible. If possible, ask to work with Elie, he is the absolute best!
This was not a cheap service but it was a fair price. The final cost was not exactly upfront with the addition of overnight fees and having to pay the U.S governments fees too, but the charges were all fair. I initially had some sticker shock, but overnight charges aren't cheap and everything they charged me for was in line with what they were doing for me. They were polite when I spoke to them on the phone, the website was easy to use, the email updates were awesome and I got my passport exactly when they said I would.
I got what I needed, when I needed! They scheduled pick up of my documents, and I got it the next morning after they picked it up. I didnt have to drive to DC, pay for hotel, and miss time away from work. I saved money doing it this way.

Full disclosure: I actually called to cancel right after I placed the order. I didn't think I could get my passport in time and I was also worried about the cost. However, I spoke with the rep at Express Passport and he assured me that I could definitely get my passport renewed in time. He also helped me make sure I didn't overpay, which was a relief. I ended up keeping the service and I am really thankful they took the time to just listen to me and guide me through the process. I'm about to leave for the airport tomorrow and I couldn't be happier! Thank you to Express and their team!
My experience with express passport could not have went any better. This was my first time getting a passport so I was clueless on what steps to take. I called and spoke with Sandra and she made sure I had all the requirements needed for my passport appointment at my local post office. I went to the post office on March 1st, 2018 and shipped documents after Immediately after the appointment. I was told by Sandra that my passport would arrive on the 13th of March. My passport arrived today on the 12th of March! Needless to say I am stress free and leave for my trip in exactly one week.
I wasn't sure I needed fast passport processing but I'm glad I called Express. Both reps I spoke to explained everything to me and even gave me some options. I ended up using the service and I am glad I did because I couldn't afford to miss this trip. You only get so much vacation time! Haha
Once I realized I needed my passport by last Friday, I knew I had to get over the price and just do it. It ended up being a little cheaper than I expected but either way it was worth it because MEXICO BABY!

This is an expensive way to get or renew a passport, but it worked very smoothly. I am glad I used the service. Everyone was very courteous. And they let you know exactly what is happening in each stage of the process.
