I just tried to leave a review but the page crashed. Anyway, good service. It saved me a trip to Chicago or Detroit. Express Passport expedited my documents and I didn't have to cancel my trip.

I had a great experience.
The process was smooth and I was notified every step of the way.
Received my passport within 7 days of submitting documents. 3 days prior to travel.

Great service. I like that they are open on the weekend so I was able to discuss and get my application completed and ready to send on Monday morning. Teddy was very helpful and professional.

Just got my passport this morning! Ordered on Monday and passport in hand by Thursday. That's a miracle if I've ever heard of one.

No issues just wanted to say thank you. Passports arrived in time to get our visas which took forever. I wish we had used a visa service too.
