I have always had very good luck with this company for ordering lanyards, but this was my first time ordering trophies. They make it very easy by allowing you to enter in engraving right on the site. They turned out great!
Everything was great, but when attaching the ribbon on one of the engraved items, the loop for the ribbon on the medal broke. I attached the ribbon to the loops that were for decoration that went around the medal, so I was able to still attach a ribbon. No harm. I've never had an issue before and plan to use you guys again next year.
Very affordable resource! Speedy delivery (and I live on an island!), and nice medal for the price. There were some struggles with how to order multiples that say different things... That process could be streamlined a bit better.

Highly recommend that you check the system that allowed two shipping labels to be printed for our order and didn't provide shipping/tracking updates via email. When I checked the tracking number manually from your site the label showed as shipped AND then cancelled which added more stress during a busy race prep time. After I called, the issue was resolved.
Had a few missing ribbons and they sent out replacements ASAP. No fussing, no arguments just good customer service.
Items were as expected, quick turn around time, amazing prices.

The USPS branch near the school was holding our package without delivering it for some reason, but we can't hold that against you guys. The medals were shipped in a timely fashion and would have been here very quickly if USPS had done their job correctly.
The medals are great quality, and look just like they did on the website. 10/10, will do business again!

Selection is excellent and products look great! Shipping is a bit expensive to Switzerland but that's not your fault.:-) The medals are perfect! Exactly what we wanted. Customer service was fabulous when there was a problem locating my order, which has since arrived safely. The package was stuck in the Swiss customs for awhile because of insufficient information about the value, so perhaps provide more details the next time you are shipping abroad. Otherwise I am absolutely satisfied and will use your company again if we ever need a similar product. Thank you!

Wonderful selection for Tennis. Many sites do not have so many options and prices are very competitive especially if you order quantity. They are quality plus kids like big medals. I also bought matching small trophies. It was cute for the little ones.

Prices are good. Sent question got a quick response. If you can get engraved medals to me in less than a week I will be uber impressed. Had a bit of trouble paying with PayPal. I think it finally worked though. Update. Ordered late Saturday night from Washington State. Medals engraved beautifully and arrived on Wednesday with their standard $5.99 shipping. Amazing! Even more amazing was the price. Other parents were shocked at how reasonable the price was. Inexpensive but not cheap. Excellent customer service. I even had to correct a name spelling I initially sent wrong. They got it and let me know they were on it. Communications outstanding. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great customer experience.
The order process was very simple and straightforward! The option for engraving is an added bonus at a great price! I look forward to seeing how great the medals will look in real life! If all goes well, and I'm pretty sure it will, I'll recommend this site to my friends who work with me at Scott Air Force Base for their Squadron chili cook-off medals!

Your site was easy to use and navigate which is great. I also felt that the prices were up front and honest. I searched on other sites where the lower price for a medal was dependent on how many you ordered which was frustrating for me because I need around 100 medals not 1000 or more. Thank you for having fair prices for event coordinators with smaller venues. Also, Mike from customer service was awesome in answering all my questions thoroughly and promptly. Update - I had to order three more medals because I had miss counted. I contacted customer service and they let me know that there was no issue at all sending out three more right away. They were so understanding and helpful. Customer service was fantastic!
