Thanks for monitoring email over the weekends. I was able to ask a question about engraving lead times and delivery times and place my order on Monday early afternoon pacific time. I received the medals by Friday afternoon.
As a suggestion: I recommend that you put examples of engraving on your website so customers can see the font/size chosen for each medal size. I was very happy with what I received, but was a little bit apprehensive about whether Comic Sans would be used :). Thankfully, it was a classy font.
You offer a great variety of products at an incredible price. I've used your company twice before and have been satisfied. It would be nice if I could "left click" on your products so that I can open multiple windows to make comparisons. Also to improve on customer service's ability to return voice messages and emails. I never received one and had to make a third contact before my questions were answered and advice given on how to get exactly what I need.
There was a slight problem getting paypal to work, but it got solved. Your customer service chat was very helpful. It would be helpful if you had an automated thing to order gold, silver and bronze all at the same time - most races would want all three with the same band, but that is harder to do because after you add one, everything goes back to default.like ribbon color. Just a thought...
Wanted silver medals, spent a long time before I figured out that they were out of stock. No indication on website that this was the case; shopping cart just would not accept the order. Spent far too much time figuring that out. Finally bought bronze.
I was quite happy with my final order and what I received (simple round copper colored metal medallion blanks). I would use these guys again without hesitation.
Your website is much easier to use than your competitors' sites. Your prices are great, too!

Absolutely outstanding! Quality of medallions is exceptional with lightning fast delivery, but it's the customer service and responsiveness of support staff that really impressed us and will bring us back as returning customers. Pleasant and professional customer service reps went over and above to provide a positive purchasing experience for our school district.
So far, so good. Second purchase. For our new organization we need to keep costs down and these medals do the trick! Once I received the medals they were larger than expected. I did understand the size I was buying, but having them in your hand is way better!
I contacted you by phone and email MANY times this week. The web site order form will not give me My Rewards credits. I want my point credit on THIS order, not more credit for a year from now. Each time I was told, well it should. That's not helpful. With time running tight, I finally just hit submit. I'll have to wait and see what I get billed.
Hi, I gave 3 stars for the price, only because shipping to Australia cost so much when the package didn't seem to be very heavy. The Shipping ended up costing more than the medals themselves. Also, I have been purchasing medals from you for the last 4 years, and earlier on, a certain amount of engraving was free - unfortunately this is not the case any more.
The medals ordered were of great quality and everyone loved getting them. The engraving was perfect and well done. I will definitely order from express medals again for my next event.

This has been a wonderful experience. The delivery was received one day prior to the day I needed it without have to increase the shipping option.
The girls were very happy because no one had ever given them participation medals before. Next year I will be sure to do it earlier so that I can have the year engraved.
Would be nice if you offered a reminder service sort of like send flowers by phone does but until that time I will be sure to add it to my own calendar because your service is stupendous and the email response is great.
Shopping experience is fine but, it would be nice to have an option to write an engraved message before payment is made, instead of paying first and then emailing engraving instructions Just a suggestion.
Ordering was fast & easy! Delivery was fast as well! Product sufficed for the occasion... only downside that I saw was that the nameplate had already started lifting on one of the plaques, causing for something to get up under it (possibly a crumb, grain of sand or even lint... not too sure) and now it is raised on that corner & you can see it just looking at the plaque. Other than that... no complaints!
Your system is confusing when I chose paypal, but forget to select a shipping option. Otherwise everything went fine.
Unfortunately the first order was wrong, but your company did an awesome job sending the replacement medals asap. That's the reason for the four stars.

We have used you for many years and the price continues to go up. I am not sure if we will be able to afford the awesome products much longer. We are a school with limited finds.
These trophies are exactly what I was looking for@ unbeatable price! After I looked at other trophy websites for a couple of days and being shocked at their prices I found Expressmedals. I had found this exact same trophy on one of the other sites but it was half the price of what I paid all three here a Expressmedals!
Once I found what I was looking for the customer service very patient. They worked with me by sending 2-3 proofs along with their suggestions (which I liked) to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted before it was engraved! Upon approval it was shipped and I received it 4 days later, we are completely satisfied and will use Expressmedals again next year for our Super Bowl trophies or through out the year if we every need any kind of award. I will highly recommend them to friends and family!
The trophies/medals were very nice...however, the engraved plates were scratched. Also i wish the engraving option would be available on the order sight instead of sending another email which you have no idea if it was received or not.
It was a very difficult site to get around. Sometimes things would come up and then disappear. The engraving process was confusing as well. The page kept saying I could enter the text when in reality I could not. I have ordered two medals to be engraved and was only given one set of lines to add text and those not until AFTER I had landed on the check out page. Very frustrating. But the order came through looking amazing and just what we wanted.
I tried another company and was disappointed that would not honor there price posted online. When look up your website I so please at all the trophies available. One re-occurring problem updating the product by adding changing the product.
I like that they ask when the awards will be presented and that they will contact you and refund your money if they can't get it there by then. It is was also very nice they had a place for special notes just in case. Both things show a lot of thought and care go into their service.
