Medals arrived nicely packed in a USPS priority mail envelope. Unfortunately, because the medals were so heavy the bag split a bit, but not enough to let any medals spill out. You may want to try another mode of shipping (box) to prevent accidental loss.

I ordered black and yellow Science bracelets for my 19 science classes of elementary students. Everyone loved them. Principal was so impressed by the design and workmanship that he gave me.59 cents from his pocket so he could have one too!

Products were WAY smaller than described and than prior years when we ordered a size smaller than this year. Makes no sense. Total lack of empathy or solution from the company - will not ever be repeating the purchase.

This is the second year we've ordered from Expressmedals.com for our company event and I am always satisfied with the product. It's hard to find blank medals that can be customized and Expressmedals.com has a good selection to choose from. Shipping was incredibly fast; received the order less than a week from purchase.

OK except could not enter text and called they said after purchased they would contact me for text. That should be noted. After talking with company and making order everything went Great! Service was fast and plaques were better than expected, can't say enough how nice they were and the quality for the money, wish I needed more soon.

Even though I choose a shipping method when checking out on the first page, it asks me to do it again before finalizing the order. Should that carry over from the prior page? Less irritating for the customer. I'm a web guy, so I understand the difficulty with the pages and software. Others may not :)

Express medals came through with short turnaround time with a big order request.

Only recommendation would be to have engraving on the same page as the items instead of sending a separate email with engravings.

However, I am extremely impressed with the turnaround time and prices.
