Great shopping experience. Second year we are ordering for a small office annual awards. I made an error and had to order new plates. I received my new plates so quickly and no one will know. Unless this ready this post.

The belt that you made for me was a hit at the event. Everyone thought it was a cool concept (a break from the normal "trophy" awards). The strange thing is that I ended up winning the belt! Others that have seen it (pictures posted on Facebook) are still raving about it and the belt trophy concept may get more participation in future events (so many want to win one now)!

I am always a bit apprehensive when ordering online but the picture and the descriptions as well as the drop down screens were all self explanatory to make a proper decision. Very quick turn over time in getting it to me.

Express medals has been my go to for a few years now. I get my products in a timely manner. Unfortunately for the first time one plaque was delivered broken but, I am sure they will take care of the issue.

Everything was fine until I actually tried to finalize the purchase. I kept getting the message "please enter a payment method" even though it indicated Paypal. Then after waiting a few minutes (and sending an e-mail to support), it just worked.

I needed personalized medals in a hurry and Express Medals delivered! Shipment confirmation came back just hours after placing order for several different medals all with different engravings. I was amazed when the arrived just a few days later that they could provide a quality product so quickly. I don't know how they did it but I was well pleased with my purchase!

Good experience overall. I did find though your website did not seem to work with Safari as my web browser when trying to enter information on certain fields. Once I switched to Firefox everything worked wonderfully.

The medals were perfect and much bigger than we expected. I would recommend this company for any awards/medals. We have already placed a duplicate order for the younger group because they were so inexpensive. Great Job.
