This is the 3d or 4th time I have used Expressmedals and each time everything has received an excellent rating. We are just a small rural school but the company has treated as if we were a major player. Price and product are excellent and delivery time always shorter than projected. I was disappointed that the medal I wanted did not have enough in stock for a full team but other than that - the medals were nice, standard quality. The engraving looked good and came as anticipated. The shipping was timely. An overall positive experience.

FED EX again not paying attention to the fragile label damaged my second one...and then called, and express medals apologised for my troubles and sent a third one... this Time in a box wrapped so GOOD...it came flawlessly...

Extremely pleased with the products purchased and the timely manner in which they were received. This was my second experience working with Expressmedals, and am pleased to say that I will continue to buy from them in the future. The products are very affordable and the engraving well done. I've not had to talk to speak with a company representative at all, as the work has always been complete and correct. I can only assume that the company reps are as good as their other services!
Price was good for what I ordered. Had to glue arms on cups they were loose in box. The Small Mouth Bass figurine has nice detail to it. I will order more but with a different base. There must had been some confusion either on my part or yours on the engraved plate. But it was to late to resolve the issue. I'll order again but next time I'll call to confirm my Order. So that all the details are in order
It was frustrating that the engraving part kept messing up on the website, but this is a well-priced and easy enough website. I'm going to need medals again so I'll be back! However, the medals shipped quickly and looked perfect!
The experience was great! I was only ordering one engraved medal so I thought there might be a higher cost, but it was very reasonable. Ordered on a Thursday and had it Monday for less than $10, including shipping. Fantastic.

Could not find the 1st place medal of the series. Sent an inquiry. Did not get any msg back, but subsequently the 1st place medal got added, so I guess my inquiry was answered, although indirectly. Would be good to also be able to filter on medals that allow engraving vs those that don't as I saw some nice medals, but then saw, after clicking on them, no engraving allowed. Last year I bought medals and they came nicely engraved, on time, and were great. I chose different medals this year and believe I will be just as happy with the finished product. The 3 stars is just because I did not get a response to my inquiry - else I would have put 4 stars down. I would have added the 5th star being able to filter on an engraving option.:-)
