I am using the express medals for a craft project, easy to order (relatively) you have to email them your text and special instructions not sure why this can't be done on the ordering website, once you get the hang of it it's no big deal, medals arrived as promised and were perfect. My daughter's team was undefeated the entire season, won the 4 day tournament and they received one trophy as a team for all their hard work. We decided that she needed a bit more for her performance, thank you for making it so easy to get such an awesome reward.

Wanted silver medals, spent a long time before I figured out that they were out of stock. No indication on website that this was the case; shopping cart just would not accept the order. Spent far too much time figuring that out. Finally bought bronze.

I was quite happy with my final order and what I received (simple round copper colored metal medallion blanks). I would use these guys again without hesitation.

Products were WAY smaller than described and than prior years when we ordered a size smaller than this year. Makes no sense. Total lack of empathy or solution from the company - will not ever be repeating the purchase.

Very affordable resource! Speedy delivery (and I live on an island!), and nice medal for the price. There were some struggles with how to order multiples that say different things... That process could be streamlined a bit better.

Highly recommend that you check the system that allowed two shipping labels to be printed for our order and didn't provide shipping/tracking updates via email. When I checked the tracking number manually from your site the label showed as shipped AND then cancelled which added more stress during a busy race prep time. After I called, the issue was resolved.

Easy to order. Easy to respond with engraved words. Nice product, sturdy like they looked on-line. Last year we got trophies from someone else and 4 were broken before our presentation was complete. We don't expect any problems this year.
