Express Den

Ordered an item. Requested a halt on order a few hours later. No can do basically was the reply. Already shipped. Item came totally substandard and all the way from China. Returns address in uk but I was told to ship back to China for a full refund as a cost to me. Funny because the details on my bank statement for payment say Coventry. Please I urge anyone not to buy from this company. It's a scam and every time it pops up on my fb I will be warning people off. Pity I saw this too late. 25.00 out of pocket. Shocking

Please do not order from this company. Their prices are highly inflated to say they can do free worldwide delivery. The reason being that everything is posted from China. I have looked at their balance sheet and they hold ZERO stock. They just take your money and process an order through their contacts taking their cut. Your product will take weeks to arrive and if you want to return it, it will have to be to China, at your expense. You cannot get in touch with them by phone and cancelling an order is a no go! I purchased an item at $54 and then saw it on amazon at £6.99. Sigh!

Finally got return instructions on the tinker-toy vegetable slicer I received for nearly $30. Sure enough! Supposed to return it to China from whence it came. (Guess that's where THEIR OWN warehouse is located) Of course, return shipping is on me. This was our first, and most definitely and our last purchase from Express Den. Chiintzy merchandise at inflated prices. Won't be returning it to China as we've wasted enough money with this outfit already. (P.S. Don't know why Sitejabber didn't include at least one of the 3 pictures we sent with our original review.)

I ordered an item on 1/4/19 and cancelled on 1/5/19. I did not hear back so I cancelled again on 1/7/19. They wrote back and explained shipping info. I wrote them again cancelling on 1/12/19 and 1/14/19. They continued responding with info about how they ship. We got the "Good news your item has shipped" on 1/24/19. I told them I would not accept. I got the item and contacted them again on 2/2/19 telling them I did not want the item and if they would send a prepaid shipping label I would return. They never replied. I contacted my CC Company and they took charges off. I recently got notified charges were back on because we received the item. So... here we go again. Do yourself a favor and stay completely away from these people. I gave them 1 star only because it was the lowest I could go.

I mistakingly ordered a toy from them costing $40. The toy was junk, and when I try to send it back, I was told I had to mail it back to China at a cost of $78 which they were not going to reimburse me for! This company is totally bogus, and I would definitely avoid purchasing anything from them. As of this writing, there is only 1 5*comment; read the comment and you will see it is probably falsified also.

I also bought mini duster (hoover). Absolutely NOT as shown. Pieces will not fit together. Looking again, it actually stated it was 50% deal, so it should really should have cost nearly $50!. Cheap knock off plastic not worth $5! I was charged 28:98 usd inc 4 usd p&p, after finally finding a way to complain, I am told to return it to China but they won't pay postage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE GOODS ARE NOT THAT AS ADVERTISED.

The item I ordered did not come. Because I had ordered it through PayPal they had to answer. They said the address was undeliverable. Wrong. It was exactly right. Perhaps they entered it wrong? They strung me along until the PayPal deadline expired to escalate the dispute. Then, they told me to go to my post office but of course it wasn't there. The tracking had dropped off long before that. This was a $20 item, friends. It became a principle for me, not money. Once I told them I had gone to the post office, they stopped communicating with me. Apparently they don't care enough about their reputation to even refund or replace a $20 item. Don't deal with these people.
