Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Express Den staff and previous consumers.
Poor quality company (service, returns, product quality) but they are real. They probably just take orders and ship the junk from China.
It took me several attempts to get return/refund instructions which ended up being totally useless as they wanted me to return the item to China at my expense to get a refund. They did finally respond to my email. Nobody has been able to provide me a phone number and site location "cannot be determined" according to one source as it's located overseas. I don't believe "immediate refund" is in their vocabulary. Just keep trying. Wish I could be of more assistance.

IF you are able to get a response from Express Den for return/refund instructions, you will probably be directed to an address in CHINA to return your merchandise. Of course cost of returning their junk is on you. BTW, impossible to find a phone number/address for Express Den. According to another consumer advocacy site, location of server cannot be determined. Somewhere "overseas".
