I rarely write negative reviews. I'm not a troll. But this is a warning. Don't do business with this company out of China. I ordered an item and it never came. They told me it was an undeliverable address. Wrong. It was correct as I had submitted it. Maybe they enter it wrong? We had a long back and forth communication when it was going through Pay Pal. Then, when I accidentally missed the deadline with PayPal to escalate the dispute, suddenly they didn't feel the need to worry about me anymore. They told me to go to my post office. It had long ago been returned. They refused to either refund my purchase or send a new one. The crazy thing is that it was a $20 item. It was the principle for me not the money. When I finally told them I had gone to the post office and they didn't have it, they basically dropped me. No communication. This is a warning that you order at your own risk.
I was a regular "online" customer. But the site and service has hit rock bottom. Used to work flawless but the now nothing but problems, and again with my latest order. Unexpected error occurred, please submit again, submitted again. Order amount deducted TWICE from my account. And No order confirmation in email, No order in my account, No order found when using track order. And worst of all NO response from customer support. This will be my last order there
Anyone shop at #EXPRESS (Express)? Ever had a bait and switch situation? I always try to use coupons and got a text to for a coupon. Went through the process to save the coupon, went to Countryside Express to use it. After browsing about an hour, I went to check out with my coupon and because I had some clearance items, I couldn't use the coupon. The coupon did not have any "rules," associated with it before I started my shopping there. This seems to be happening more and more with retailers. They get you there with an exciting offer but after you get there, there's always a reason why you can't use it. No wonder retailers are going down and people shop on Amazon.
I wrote a previous review detailing my online order nightmare (see a few reviews down). I have since contacted my bank to dispute the charge. I urge you to do the same if you are experiencing similar issues.
I used to shop at express for basic stuff, I like the fit, colors etc. I know it's overpriced but w/e. Well. I got several tee shirts, and polos from express. When I washed and dried them they pilled, big time. Unwearable. My express shirts from the past never had this problem. Well. I compared labels, and they went cheapo, they took away cotton and added acrylic. I guess saving a few cents is worth irritating customers for their overpriced shirts. It's a tee shirt, I'm not dry cleaning a tee shirt. Absolutely never shopping there again. Go somewhere else.
I've been a express customer for years(15 years). I ordered two pair of jeans and I only received one pair. I did not receive a tracking number for the 2nd item and when I pull up the order number online, it only shows me one pair of jeans. When I placed the order on July 27, my email order confirmation shows two items that I have purchased. Since then, I have attempted to call the contact center twice and have waited an hour total trying to get someone on the phone but did not get anyone. I tried out the live feature, but same thing, no one responds.
Then I decided to email customer service and it's been almost 48 hours. I have no received any feedback on my order. I've wasted so much time trying to contact your customer service and all for the mistake your company made. Yes, mistakes do happen but a customer should not have to keep trying to track down customer service for help. This is ridiculous.
I recently bought a pair of dress pants from the store at Easton town center with the intent of returning at a later date and purchasing the matching jacket. Come to find out that my body type (muscular) doesn't fit their jackets correctly. No one informed me when I bought the pants that I wouldn't be able to fit in the jacket, even though I thoroughly explained my intentions. None of the employees cared that I was out the money for the pants, and no one tried to help me solve this problem. If you have a more muscular figure then I strongly suggest you stay away from this store.
I recently ordered a pair of jeans from Express. The shopping experience on the website was easy. Very user friendly. Shipping was slightly delayed, but not bad. I ordered these jeans the same time I ordered another pair from Forever21. My forever21 order arrived a few days before my Express order, but take into account this was during an almost nation wide snow storm, so it wasn't normal shipping conditions. I am overall very pleased with this website and would recommend it.
This business is the most disrespectful business I have ever heard of. Don't shop there. Don't work there. Don't even give them the time of day.
If you walk in and ask for another size not currently on their display shelves; a size they advertise online, they will laugh at you. Right at your face. They will laugh because you asked for a larger size than what is out. I've never heard of such a disgracefully company.
They laughed the person right out the door.
Used to order from them a bit but never again. Horrible experience. I felt scammed by my online order. I'm Canadian and bought a $800 dollar suit and they never even shipped it! Took forever to try and get a refund and then they didn't refund me the full amount. I was still paying $200 in shipping for something they never even shipped out! I contacted the delivery company with my tracking number and they never even received my package other than the info for delivery. Took like 4 times with customer service to finally get a full refund and now I still have to wait 2 week for that to process. So for a month they took $800 for no reason.
I'm so sick and tired of your useless app. It continues to stall, logs me out, says things aren't in my cart when they are, fails to update my cart when I try to delete something. Totally annoying and needs to be fixed!
They sent you coupon and when you final selection and try use coupon where it's says valid online and in store they refuse to accept those coupon and top of that they sent birthday coupon which is valid until end of month and they go oh sorry we can't take those. Bull$#*! vested my time to visit and see those little punk
My order has been "on the package" for 4 days without being shipped. They will not allow me to cancel the order... a order that has been "ready to ship" for 4 days. This is ridiculous. I'll be taking my future business else where.
I visited the Express office at 5310 N 99th ST IN Omaha,Ne. As of thus far it has been an easy process. The receptionist was outstanding and very helpful.(Trina) I am looking forward to a great experience.
My husband buy to me a dress last week but the dress first is to small and second when I wanna return Manger on duty say me not bexcuse the dress don't have a tag but I have my receipt she try to call customer service but im waiting for 20 min in the store and nobody help me about this! What customers service is it?
Whilst I believe the quality of the clothes and the designs are nice, don't try to order from them for Europe when the delivery deadline is important for you. They are even not initiating the shipment for more then a week, and when you try to follow up their customer service is not replying:-( I'm in big trouble as I have ordered X-mas gifts from then, and most likely they will not arrive as they were not even shipped yet:-(
I have made several orders online, they have been lost or just canceled. I'm waiting for my orders and have to call them to find out it was canceled! Really!
They don't notify you and then when you call they don't have a glue what they are doing.
I'm cancelling my credit card and will shop else where.
I will say this about James a supervisor. James has gone out of his way to make things right with one of my horrible experiences with Express!
I went in because I just turned 16, and my boyfriend thought that it was a good time to take me shopping, we went to the new gate mall because it's the easiest from where we live, and we thought that I could try some white skinny jeans, and I'm reading alot of good reviews but I went in and asked a tall skinny girl with long brown hair and she gave me a discussing look and said, yeah, but I'm not sure if they have it in 'your' size. Long story short, never shopping there again
Horrible customer service! Tried to place an order online, trouble with online order and staff I spoke to were useless, finally the ordered was canceled and I tried to reorder only to find that the coupon code was no longer valid. Called back for a new one and no help once again. Avoid this store.
I ordered a camera. When I received it. There was no micro SD card and it didn't work. I contacted cs and they informed me some BS story that it doesn't come with it. And supposedly not responsible for 3rd party be.
