I'm not a customer, and by the looks of your reviews, never will be. I am a small retailer in Victoria, BC who's had it up to here with your company. I have the extreme misfortune of having a similar toll free number. I usually get calls from your dissatisfied customers, but this year is really going well. Your phone system now directs calls to MY phone #. I believe I'll start a customer relations campaign on your behalf unless you do something about it STAT. I can easily pose as a Express sales person and infuriate your falling customer base to a new level. Shall we play?
