We sell diesel generators in the middle east and registered our business with the online portal called exporters india. As soon as I registered my business, I started getting calls from exporters india for getting a package for my business. I took the gold package so that i could easily be found by the clients of the middle east but even after a week i got no inquiry. The only calls i got were from the executive of exportersindia asking me to upgrade my account to get more leads.

Targeting the Asian market was my next stop so I joined ExportersIndia.Com. For the maximum reach, I choose the Platinum pack. Despite spending a hefty sum, I was not able to generate the required leads. Hence, I lodged a complaint in the complaint section of ExportersIndia.Com. Within 24 hours, I received a call from their end.

The executive apologized for the inconvenience and promised to escalate the issue further. The sole glitch was the allotment of the package. I opted for the Platinum package and was allotted silver by mistake. Since the issue was resolved immediately, I started receiving the desired results.

This company is totally fraud. Never trust it. They firstly ask politely and then after they start to abuse. They give false words to you. They only create the website and never give any buy lead. Only they give one or two buy lead in starting and those too are frauds. This company is full of thugs, frauds and scammers. I don't know whether the owner has taught them to do this or they are doing this themselves.If you are going to trust them, you are going to do the biggest mistake of your life. This is biggest scam company in india.

These peoples are fraud. While providing the membership they will do anything like giving you discount and will told you it is the last change to get the membership. But after membership they will ask for more money as they will told you that you need the certificate from them so that buyers can trust you.and they will demand you more money if you not give money to them then will not work for you but when they offer the membership they will told you that there is no hidden charge.so guys don't go for exporter India.
Total scam company.

I had heard from my friend that ExportersIndia.com is one of the largest online marketplaces in India and that I could easily find new leads here. I also registered on this portal and took the platinum package worth Rs. 18,000 from them for a year.

My problems with ExportersIndia.com started as soon as I took the package. I was bombarded with calls about upgrading the package and around 6 months before the completion of my package, they started pestering me with calls about getting it renewed. I asked them to stop calling me and that I would take the package if I wanted but their calls never stopped.

Thats when I decided to write a complaint in the complaint section. I was contacted a day after the complaint and they apologized for the poor behavior. I was offered extra leads and I got 250 leads in that one year through ExportersIndia.com. I would be thankful to this company for understanding my problem and helping me build such a great client base in just one year.

Exportesindia.com are one of those fraud companies who are active now a days online who still your money by luring you for export client but they even dont have any business out of India nor any office out of India. They works only on making fool people and still money from them. They provide you a website only nothing any leads nor any genuine enquiry. They even dont refund you afetr you said that I dont want any services, they say that refunds are not in their policy.

exporterindia.com call centre people are bunch of crooks. They offered free membership on their website so one of our employee registered on it. However, we never got any business from their website. Thereafter they started us calling again and again to take paid membership. We asked them to delete our account but they abused us and asked why we took free membership if we are not interested in paid membership. They are really bunch of crooks who engage in useless discussions with their client and irritate them. We advise all such members to delete their accounts from their website in their own interest.

I was getting calls from several employees at several times of this company. Everytime I said I am not interested in your package but still called me several times. On 8 Dec, when I said that I dont want your package, the employee behaviour was so bad and talked very rudely. When I complained about the employee alongwith strong evidence of audio recording on phone call to their *******@weblink.in email, I got a call saying that they will take action against this misbehaviour. However after one hour I got reply by email that they cross-checked but were unable to find any evidence to support my allegations. This is totally nonsense. Company supports this harassment and misbehaviour
