Everything was on time guide was great hotels were great. Food was good.

We`ve been in Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Peru with Exoticca in last 3 years. All of them are absolutely unforgettable trips. Well organized, with knowledgeable guides, with best cultural and architectural sites to see in each country.

The itinerary, hotel selections and in particular locations of the hotels, and the tours selected were all fabulous! I will not hesitate to use Exotica again and will also recommend them!

Location was Lovely and the Hotel in Ischia Park Hotel Terme Mediteraneo was beautiful. Food was all fresh but not a huge selection- Overall Good. Excursions were not included we did those on our own, only 2 walking tours in Naples were included, both guides spoke english well and very knowledgeable.
We had an Airport pick up and drop off at the end of trip.

My wife and I have just returned from our third Exoticca holiday in the past 2 years. Without doubt these have all been exceptional value, incredibly well organised, exciting and luxurious beyond their price bracket. They are such good value that we are now looking to book more.

Having never traveled to Europe, found it overwhelming. Exotica took over and planned the perfect trip through Italy for an amazing price!

The 16 day tour of Japan met or exceeded our expectations and has given us a treasured and memorable trove of experiences of the land of the rising sun. It has also vastly expanded our knowledge of a country we had never visited before and either confirmed or changed our past expectations and was a thoroughly pleasurable experience.

I was a slightly hesitant initially when I read some bad reviews, however, after booking my Peru trip with them and experiencing things firsthand I was extremely satisfied. The trip was very organized, and everything they promised was delivered. Most importantly, I never felt unattended, and whenever I had questions I was able to reach them via WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend them Without any reservation

Manque d information sur les vols de départ vers la Turquie avec la compagnie Turquish Airlines.Aller pas d information que la compagnie opéré avec air Canada on l'a su après avoir eu une grosse panique sachant que la turquish Airlines n a pas de vol à partir de Montréal et il a fallu le deviner!le retour été pire avec le chantage et l'arrogance d'un agent de comptoir qui nous a complique la vie avec le bagage à main.
L'accueil à l'aéroport était à l'heure mais pas plus, le représentant n a pas donné des informations sur l hôtel sur la suite des choses il a appelé juste le Taxi et il est parti
Les hôtels étaient très loin du centre ville et ça nous coûte cher de se déplacer ', il a fallu prendre un taxi pour se déplacer chaque fois.
Le représentant de l agence nous a pas chercher et nous pas tenu informé Qu il faut adhérer à un groupe sur whatsapp pour avoir accès au planning du jours où des journées suivantes. Nous avons su tout cela une fois que nous avions accumulé un $#*! et ce qui a fâché certains mais cette erreur est involontaire de notre part nous n avons pas été accueilli par le guide.Les déplacements entre les villes étaient longs et nous n avons pas profité pleinement d explorer les villes on partait dans l obscurité et rentrait aux hôtel dans l obscurité de plus on perd du temps dans les démonstration des hand manufacture et le shopping :(. . Dans les chambres rarement que nous recevrons une chambre simple c est toujours double avec lit séparé. Absence de Wi-Fi...un voyage peu intéressant très fatigant circuit complet avec des villes touristiques mais pas assez de temps d explorer, un guide manque d empathie et qui voient plus ce Qu l arrange et hâte de rentrer à l hôtel...un bon chauffeur mais je referai pas cet expérience une autre fois.le guide en Espagne été meilleurs... selon les touristes qui sont venus avec nous ils ont pays beaucoup moins cher et je trouve çà injuste et comme si jnous nous sommes fait avoir. Il y a au moins 650 dollars de différence par personne!un peu déçu cette fois si mais le service et les activités reste quand même bon

We went to this trip as a group of 5 and we had an unforgettable experience of South America its food, customs and incredible landscapes! The itinerary that Exoticca put together was amazing for the price we paid for this trip.

Tour was well organized, hotels for most part were located in convent area's (close to restaurant/pubs) All hotels were clean,updated and staff friendly.
We had a fabulous tour guide - Martin his knowledge of all the areas we visited was excellent- Martin added his experience and humour -

This was our second trip with Exoticca. Both were very well planned with great accommodations, transportation and guides. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Some would not be ok with the amount of free time on this vacation. I was not worried about the late arrival of tour guides. I understand traffic was an issue as was availability of vans. I would have liked more time on some of the tours to explore the trails in the area etc
Too much time, 2 1/2 hours at the hot spring pool, was too much.

The value for all the experiences with Exoticca was beyond expectations. We enjoyed the two safaris, swimming with sharks and Cape Town adventures. The guides and logistics were awesome. We had previously done an incredible South America adventure to Patagonia and Argentinia and this matched that awesome experience. The app had all our details and we never wasted time as you could do in tours waiting for others. The accommodations and food were awesome.

I had an unforgettable experience on my trip to Singapore and Bali. Exoticca took care of everything—flights, airport transfers to and from the hotels, transportation between hotels, and guides to show us around various sights in both countries. Everything was seamlessly organized, and there's 24/7 support available via WhatsApp in case of any issues.

These are great, well organized trips to truly exotic locations that I wouldn't be able to plan myself for the same price. The customer service is great if you need to reach out during travel and there are never any hidden costs.

A very well organized tour to Ecuador and Galapagos. Our tour guide Marcelo was an excellent guide throughout Quito and the Amazon. Tours to see the monkeys and sloths were great and we also really enjoyed going to Otavalo- to the markets ( this is one place to buy tee shirts from Ecuador and Galapagos at good prices). The hotel in Quito (Dann Carlton)was very nice and the lodge at the Amazon (Hakuna Matata Lodge) was pretty neat and a good experience too ( the rooms and food were excellent)The food throughout Ecuador was really great- A shout out to - Somos - a restaurant in Quito we went to that was fantastic!
Travel to Galapagos was organized and smooth. San Cristobal was wonderful-loved the sea lions everywhere, the remoteness, beauty and just the laid back atmosphere. The tours here were also really good - seeing all of the animals including the giant tortoises, blue footed boobies and male frigates was awesome. The beaches we visited were beautiful. One note: take caution on the Isla Lobos tour - an area where you walk on this tour is extremely rocky and can be dangerous - not your average nice walking path- but you do see some good wildlife here! ( male frigates, blue footed boobies, sea lions). Regarding food on the island- be sure to try the 5$ snd 6$ meals on the 2nd street back- where the locals go - for 5$ - you get soup, fish ( or other meat, chicken, shrimp etc), rice and beans and a juice- delicious- check out Fer's Grill House.
Guayaquil was a great visit too. Though it has a bit of reputation for safety reasons - we felt safe where we stayed ( Doubletree Hilton- also a very nice hotel) and followed the guides advice of where to visit. The river walk was really nice, loved the gondola ride ( that is pretty amazing), the steps going up of Santa Ana, and the artisanal market ( another place to get very good priced tee shirts, scarves, ponchos etc).
In general- a great trip to Ecuador and you cannot beat Exoticca's deal and price on this trip and all you do! Highly recommend if anyone wants to see the Galapagos and you will be pleasantly surprised how much you will also enjoy Ecuadors mainland!

It was our first time traveling to Ireland, and our first Exoticca tour. We had an outstanding experience! Everything was as described, but we had the opportunity to add even more activities in, with the help of our fabulous guide, Michele! I enjoyed the combination of guided time and free time, allowing us to explore the things we wanted to see the most. This tour is a fast paced itinerary, however it gives you a taste of Ireland, and definitely allowed me to know where I'd like to go again to explore for longer!

Excellent! Abdu and Posh really do magic… all the team was responsible and nice; and every trip wonderful.
