If you get what you ordered in good condition, it was likely at a competitive price. But if you get a defective, damaged item, their customer service is abysmal. There is no customer service phone number and they don't respond to emails for days on end. You have to keep emailing them over and over. Then, they want the customer to pay to return a defective shoe, and you have to email them again and remind them that the shoe was damaged and that you should not have to pay return shipping. Then you wait and re send the email for days until they finally send the return label. After a week of nonsense. It is ridiculous. I have better things to do with my time.
