I have used Ewebguru for 2 years by now and I have hosted 15 domains on my host. This host has cpanel with some cool features like automate backups and installing wordpress and joomla automatically: they even update your CMS with the latest stable version automatically. So if you want to setup a wordpress blog with no technical knowledge this host suites your needs.
By now I have almost 3gig files on my host and all things seems well. In my 2 years experience I had 3 times host down experience but it was up after about 30 minute (Once they noticed me by email about it). I think their unlimited storage and bandwidth is a real one.
As I am a programmer and familiar with cpanel I had not any special problem with my host, also they have good "Help Center" with video tutorials for most features.

I have recommended 2 of my friends to use Ewebguru and In fact I think they offer very affordable service.

I have hosted my server last 2 years with Amazon, They deployed everything on one single server. Then I moved my server with EwebGuru after checking their customers feedback. Right now my servers are getting good response time, The magic here is EwebGuru deploy with 2 different servers one is for website and one more server for DB, which I didnt think about it and no one suggested me that before, Good prevention has taken care by these peoples. Very Bad Experience via using E-webguru Hosting Services. Websites are down and hacked every month. No backup response from technical team. Technical team is extremely pathetic and non responsive.

I was purchased a reseller account from eweb guru and during 6 months service i was facing too much problems with hostng account, in this time period 8 times server was hacked and when ever i want to connect with eweb exisiting members ask for cache delete and history delete nothing else and ensuring me that your problem is solved but not solved yet

Please don't ever think to Host your website in this server

I used for several years many hosting providers( hostgator, godaddy etc) but no one can be compared with ewebguru! The hosting plan service, the customer service, and the affordability of the service worth all the money I paid it. SO far I have to say that I do not have any "CON" but only "PRO" I never had a so efficient costumer services, They reply in less then 15 minutes( for me that is a MUST to have, with other providers usually I had to wait at least one working day!) I recommend this hosting provider.

I have been with many companies and tried their customer service. I have not seen a company as efficient and patient as the ewebguru guys. They really go out of their way to make sure they please you.

I moved from a other company because my server was down for more than three days and no good support.

With the level of task I gave the ewebguru tech guys they never complained but rather find solutions to your problems even if it is beyond the scope of their support.

I have been with ewebguru for about a year now. I wanted to make sure that their niceness was not just too good to be true. They are great and I will recommend them to anyone.

To show the extent the will go to make a customer happy. I sent them a link asking them to optimized my site to load like that site. They actually studied it and not only make recommendations but the fixed everything and wrote me asking if there is something else they can do. Come on, where in this age do you find such services.

Here is my honest review regarding eWebGuru. I have been a loyal customer of eWebGuru since 2013, and since becoming a customer, eWebGuru has done a terrific job in hosting my website. My website loads faster than a lot of the other hosting sites out there and the customer service is fantastic.

Whenever I run into a problem with my website, the technical support team was very knowlegdeable and promply helped me resolve any problems that my website experienced. EWebGuru is a really good hosting company for anyone who is thinking about starting a website or if you have a website and want to transfer your site to this one.

One con to eWebGuru, however, is that the CPanel is a little different from other hosting sites. Overall, eWebGuru is a good hosting company that has serviced for 2 years now and I plan on staying with eWebGuru for a long time.

Initially For Linux hosting, we were using Kaveri Server of EWebGuru, In first 3-4 months there were no issue then we also take services of windows hosting from them.
After taking windows hosting from you, we start facing issues in Kaveri server (Linux)
We had raised tickets so many times to resolve the issue but it remains as it was. But after that because of encountering problems in that server, we requested to switch our server so they provide Bharat server (Linux).
Yet we are facing same issues on Bharat server and according to their Technical team, Store procedures are not working but earlier they were working properly.
Now We are also having same issues in windows hosting.
This time we need to get rid of it and want to leave their services.
But as they charge in advance we are not able to get money back.

These guys are one of the most unprofessional that I ever encountered, There so called support guys knows nothing and they can disconnect the chat whenever they stuck in the Problem or when they no answer to your queries.
According to them 3.8 MB of mysql database is increasing their server utilization and they suspend your account without intimidating.

Reason: they don't know have time to inform the customer.

For more than a day we are not able to login to our mail account and we raised a high priority ticket with them and surprising part is to respond time on High severity ticket is 3 hours. And also their so called support guys will leave you in the middle of chat without responding.

Seriously one of the worst and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY...
AVOID AVOID AVOID... and take their services at your own risk...

I have been using Ewebguru for 2 years now. While it is true, I was lured in by an attractive low-rate offer, when the price rises, it doesn't go above what other hosts offer, so it's still a discount.

The first thing that stands out regarding Ewebguru is that I receive by far the best customer support, at least by chat, that I can think of in any form of business. They are always available within 20 minutes, which is fine because the chat box pings when they are ready, so I'm never just waiting on hold, I am free to do something else while waiting. When they respond, they are knowledgeable and helpful and I always get my questions answered, whether it is a developer-type technical question or simply about billing.

The second best thing is the interface. It is clean and beautiful. It is easy to use and offers me tons of control. Some things are even too easy in that I feel it should be harder to do certain tasks, not that it is in any way a problem.

I've never had any problems with uptime nor any issues with the technology. Overall, even though I got involved with them based on the low introductory rate and WordPress integration was touted on their site, I was a little skeptical that they didn't have the same recognizability as GoDaddy, but I can honestly say, I am pleasantly surprised.
