I have been using Ewebguru for quite some time and have tried couple of other Cloud based Service Providers prior to using Ewebguru. The journey has been smooth with the tools available within the dashboard to get, set & go.

Also, their pricing is reasonable vis-a-vis other service providers and moreover Ewebguru keeps innovating and upgrading their services considering customer's needs.

The only suggestion or improvement is Customer Success team availability for quick chat will be highly needed & appreciated to resolve immediate issues.

Before reaching Ewebguru I have stuck very bad provider who didn't even respond to queries or issues. But since I am using ewebguru I get free from that hectic their support system is very active and I liked that thing very much. Simultaneously I buy web hosting from Domainracer also and I just stood silent they are offering extra features at a very reasonable price.
I would say that both providers I am working with now are providing just outstanding features and always make one step ahead for their customers.

Worst possible service providers and customer support ever. For queries raised, the kind of language used by their reps are like this "All things which you are telling us to do can be managed by panel which we have given. We are not here for spoon feeding. Modify whois information yourself or ask your friend to approve".

For a person who is not familiar with such things, this is the pathetic an horrible level of support and guidance I got. Wouldnt recommend to use this site for either purchasing a domain or hosting.

Do not fall for the ratings given by the paid bots. I recommend all to avoid ewebguru for peaceful living.
Migrated all our hostings to different servers without notice. Servers were down for weeks. No action even after continuous followup. They seems to have just 3-4 staff and that too substandard; who don't understand customer requirement and support requests raised. Just raising ticket is waste... one has to followup but still, support will not resolve the issues. SSL is removed after migration for all hostings. Mail server is purged after migration causing total destruction on one of our businesses. CPANEL is replaced with DirectAdmin and its a bad tool. Total waste of money, time and effort. Look for other good service providers. Don't fall for these idiots.

Every month you will face 2 or 3 issues.
I will not recommend. We lost lot of business.
Facing issues for their Control panel, performance, Sever related issues

I had been with another provider for several years and decided to switch to Ewebguru because their pricing did not add overages when my volume spiked and because I thought I might get better customer service. The customer service with Ewebguru is India-based and I never feel like I'm in 4th in line. Instead, I feel like I'm the only person they are working with and get their full attention. The dashboards are okay, better than some, and could be improved. However, overall, I'm elate. The switch was way easier than I imagined and the support team walked me through it over the phone.

I have bought a Linux VPS hosting pack on a surety that they will migrate a single website from existing cpanel account, hosted elsewhere. I gave them the credentials of the existing server and waited for 24 hours. As they didn't do anything till then, I changed the credentials of the existing server. Then they said they were doing the migration and I killed the migration process by changing the credentials. Again I gave the new credentials and waited for another 24 hours. Now, they are not responding to any of my messages, tickets or emails. Then I renewed the previous hosting plan with the existing provider. I lost the trust to host my business website with them.

They will be online in WhatsApp and email for the full time untill we purchase a package. After that, they will come online once in a while.

I will never suggest this company anymore. And I will surely stop my friends from buying from eWebGuru.

Ewebguru has consistently been a reliable hosting provider service since my first day as a digital entrepreneur. Their prices are affordable and the quality is on par. The customer service is quick and always able to resolve any questions or concerns that I have.

I am only writing a review because I read the negative reviews and felt I had to share my experience. I have small clients on Ewebguru shared servers and company and other larger sites on a server we manage at Linode. Quite frankly, we've had zero -- and I do mean zero -- issues with Ewebguru. I use chat for support when needed and have always felt happy with quick response time and the quality of the help. We do speak geek so I wonder if that helps? Someone mentioned having a problem accessing the database. I don't know their skill level but good grief, it's easily accessed from the control panel. We do our own auto backups of all sites to local, which is our preference as it's critical. Down time has not been an issue at all. We're not employed by or having any other relationship to Ewebguru -- so this is truly representative of my company's experience.

I signed up a few months ago to their reseller package and have been quite impressed so far. I’ve had absolutely no downtime that I am aware of, and I have never had any issues with their support team. They are incredibly helpful and promptly responded to my requests with immediate resolution. All in all, an amazing host and highly recommended!

I have been working with Ewebguru for a few months and I am impressed. We needed a hosting company that is able to handle a dedicated server with business needs and these guys had what I needed. I have called phone support several times and each time I get someone on the phone who is friendly and able to help. They have support 24 hours a day. I have submitted several pickets via their portal and they answer within just a few minutes. They also offer several high-end server options that I think are head and shoulders above what the competition offers. For example, they offer an High Availability (HA) option and they also offer enhanced support (which they call Enterprise support). If you are looking for a web hosting company that is able to handle mission critical needs of your business, these guys should be on your short list.

I am using services of ewebguru from last 3 years. And there is no single complaint from their side. They helped me whenever required.

Recently I have shifted from shared hosting to VPS hosting. I was new to VPS but they helped me like a tutor step wise step. Further, when I insisted to do a particular job related to hosting from their end they simply said OK. And problem got solved.
