I've used ewebguru hosting for the past 5 years, I've owned several dedicated sites, business class hosting and VPS. My dedicated servers have almost no downtime, pingdom is recording last downtime 27 days ago, during scheduled m aintenance. However every now and then the data centers do have issues like all the other hosting companies out there. Overall its usually not a problem with ewebguru. There tech team is always pretty helpful as long as you are clear about what you are needing. The domain registry is always a bit of a headache though. It seems like they have to force it to work everytime. All in all if you are looking for a solid host i highly recommend ewebguru. Ive used go daddy, asmallorange, media temple, blue host, namecheap, digital ocean, vultr and some of them compare to features but none compare to reliability. The only thing that I wish was better was cheaper dedicated.

I have had a Vps account with Ewebguru for the last 2 years. My experience has been very positive. My clients have been happy. And my dealings with customer service have been brief and helpful. I call technical support once or twice a month and get through within five minutes no matter what time of the day or night I call. I have five different servers and they rarely go down and if they do a reboot gets them up and running.

I am incredibly satisfied with the services of Ewebguru. They have solid servers, great uptime, and customer service that respond very quickly. I've been extremely pleased with them, and whole-heartedly recommend them!

From 2009 we are using hosting services for our brooklyn-hrd.com and they definitely deserve not just 5 stars but Ten Stars too.

As everyone of these officials are very prompt, lot more courteous and go out of their way to help tiny clients like us.

Due periodical changes in pages, it was getting costlier for us to maintain website from other webmasters but from last year we are managing all on our own - with no cost help, from these eWebGuru people. I must say, they are if not the best, they are atleast one of Top Five Great web hosting people of India.

I earnestly wish them abundant clientele, which will help clients much more.

Regretting the day i bought their VPS services. Man this is the worst you can go for. Stupid me, din't look for reviews beforehand and now there is nothing more than regretting and moving on to a different provider. Had to incur huge losses due to non availability of their servers. They say 99.9% up time (F*&%$) it's 99.9% down. And please don't even care to raise a support ticket, their staff doesn't know S*&*.

My Suggestion "STAY AWAY"

I regret only one thing. I wish that i used Ewebguru earlier!

After my horrible experience with hostgator i was reading some of the hosting reviews.
Well, not all of them were good. But after a "careful" or maybe lucky decision i choose Ewebguru. Why? Many features for a great price! This was the main reason. With a little fear hoping that i don't have the same "luck" like with hostgator i send them a ticket to ask about a hosting plan for wordpress. After ONLY 15 minutes i receive an answer in which they recommend me the hosting plan, saying that they will help me with site moving/configuration to new server and also they answered to all my questions included in ticket (12 questions included!)

30 minutes and my site was already on their servers!
Fast, huh? Yeah, i know.: D...
And the rest is history...

I took widows hosting starter plan from them today at 11.55 AM. And in just around 2 hours I came to know that they allowed only single DB of MS SQL, while others are providing the multiple MS SQL DB in same price range, so I requested them to refund my money after deduction on pro rata basis, but they clearly denined.

They are such a big liers. They didn't mentioned the same thiing in any of their plan information.

I am thinking now that someone robbed me, and I have no exxpectation of getting my refund.

Using their windows VPS for a year - decent service.

Support is online most of the time. Also helpful and detailed response.

VPS is fast enough for my purpose - have a website with about 40-50k monthly traffic.

It can handle that amount of traffic without any problem.

If you have a WordPress or similar site, and are looking for the most features for the lowest price, they are your solution. So I'm happy with Ewebguru.

I used Ewebguru to set up and host my first business website. I found their online and telephone support pretty good throughout my initial two year term, and the drag and drop website builder was very user friendly for a novice like myself. I did have one recurring problem in that emails sent to my website address didn't always get forwarded to my outside email, and I have to check it in the webmail to get it. Al in all, Ewebguru was fine for the money, and I renewed for a two year term over the summer.

I would highly recommend eWebGuru to anyone but especially if you're on a budget. I've found eWebGuru to be very reasonably priced compared to other providers. Tech support is very helpful and friendly. Their patient for those like me who aren't real familiar with the technical side of web hosting. I really appreciate their 24 hour support.

One thing I did not like is that thir website is not updated and some of the knowledgebase articles are outdated, they need to update knowledgebase.

I own an e-commerce company and using Ewebguru for web hosting services from last one year. I bought Linux hosting from them for one year back and got SEO tools free. They have wonderful customer support services and have gone above and beyond in answering my questions and explaining the answers. From last 1 year, my experience with Ewebguru is great. Hosting control panel is very easy and there is no reliability issue. I have always found their work to be good and their price quotes pretty reasonable. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

I have used Ewebguru for 2 years by now and I have hosted 15 domains on my host. This host has cpanel with some cool features like automate backups and installing wordpress and joomla automatically: they even update your CMS with the latest stable version automatically. So if you want to setup a wordpress blog with no technical knowledge this host suites your needs.
By now I have almost 3gig files on my host and all things seems well. In my 2 years experience I had 3 times host down experience but it was up after about 30 minute (Once they noticed me by email about it). I think their unlimited storage and bandwidth is a real one.
As I am a programmer and familiar with cpanel I had not any special problem with my host, also they have good "Help Center" with video tutorials for most features.

I have recommended 2 of my friends to use Ewebguru and In fact I think they offer very affordable service.
