It's a really nice controller but it was really expensive.
In general the controller is very overpriced as soon as you start doing any upgrades.
When I originally got the controller the left bumper button was non functional out of the box. It took several emails to their customer service before they stopped trying to have me troubleshoot the controller by resetting it even though in very single email I told them the bumper wasn't working from the second I connected it to my PS. Unfortunately I basically had to threaten them with legal action before they granted me an RMA.
Yes, eventually it was fixed and returned but it was way too much hassle. I dropped almost $500 on that controller and not only did I expect it to work when I got it, I expected to have a lot less trouble getting it fixed.
Website was easy to navigate, with easy payment and shipping. Controller is made from solid material, comes with a instruction pamphlet, and works great with my BF games.
Had controller 11 months snd left analog drifting, about average. Recommend domed sticks as the concave material wears out faster. Would but again fosho

Received a flimsy lighjtweight basic xbox controller, plain one with only buttons, d-pad, triggers, and bumpers -nothing fancy and not even as good as the controllers that come with the consoles now.
Also arrived with a loose rattling noise inside the controller. NOTE: The controller was non-refundable because I had opted for the Evil control sticks.
Customized options malfunctioned within one week of use.

I got my controller on time, but with a function error, I open a service ticket where they sent me the means to ship it for free, so they fix it and send it right back very fast... awesome
