A customization item I chose (glossy red trim) was not on the controller just the default trim

Pro tension stick already losing tension in areas only hours after play. Messes with your aim more than helps

The customer service was fine just you guys need to ensure you're following up on time and getting the orders correct. I am assuming the pro tension is a new feature you just released and I either had a faulty stick or something your working on making better. I can definitely see the benefit of being able to play at a higher sensitivity while having the accuracy of a low sense with pro tension once the reliability issue of it has been solved.

Your team is friendly when contacting but with the amount that these controllers cost they really should be done right on the first time before it's delivered and you really need to contact whoever made your new site and have them fix the issues right away. I didn't even get a confirmation email of my controller order and had no idea when to expect it in the mail.

Picking parts was pretty straight forward. Some accessories or color options are pricey and add up.
Back buttons are super clicky and can sometime be hear over the mic. Back buttons are fairly small and sometimes hard to depress when in a gunfight (COD). Overall and reasonable product.

Everything has been working perfectly since receiving the controller back. The stick drift is still a tad high, I have to set it at. 08. But that is half of what it was and acceptable. Overall pretty happy.

Great controller, love the back buttons and hair triggers

I have ordered 2 evil controllers. One with paddles and one with buttons. The paddles hurt my fingers pretty quickly so I had to order another. The buttons are great. I think the price is a little high but you are manually making them so I get it.

The first controller was for the wrong hand. Received the second in record time.

I chose cotroller with no mods. 4 down buttons. Tall right stic, And tactical shoulders. It works fine And absolutely no drifting or other issues.
