I love shopping on here and love the opinion to make payments I ordered a evil controller a long time ago and as of 2022 I don't have the options like u did on the PS4 and Xbox where u can get sensitive triangle square circle X and the mods arnt really usable on war zone or the new call of duty's like fast reload and so on they can only be use with the older games I love evil controllers but it needs a big update to where u have everything if your paying 300 to 400 for a controller

I ordered from UK on a Saturday a custom ps5 controller. It arrived in just over a week. Exactly as I ordered including an additional thing which I emailed about after placing the order. Quick and efficient service from Jacob and the controller looks great. Will add to this after a fair amount of use. The evil website does seem to go down whilst it updates during afternoon UK time so don't let that worry you it always comes back quickly. Also the status of your order does not really reflect the actual status as my controller was on its way whilst its status was still processing. Tracking was great via FEDEX Also email response can take around 24 hours. Trust me this is better than you get from all rival brands which can be horrendous. I have had experience with scuf, aim and battlebeaver but based on my experience so far I should have just gone evil from the start!

The purchase was easy and the customer service was good and whilst it worked the controller was excellent. However I have a fault with my controller so have had to return it for a repair which hasn't been cheap.

While my fiancee isn't totally used to the controller he has been able to use it so freely.

Great product price is a little high it compares just as well if not better than the scuf controller it was my first time buying from evil I would buy again and always recommend to a friend overall great product

Good customer service for sure, yet the product is shaky. The initial upgrades are nice and appreciate when they work…however the stick drift happens constantly and the digital tap trigger has fully failed to function at this point. I have to send the controller back in even at this time. I have to pay every time I do so and factoring the price of the controller, it is a realized nightmare in terms of expense. If you did not get the gold two year insurance I truly feel your pain because you have definitely wasted your money. I just want the most out of my buck which did not work out with evil controllers.

If you want a controller that will last more than a year then this is not for you! Evil controllers does NOT care once you purchase your controller! I offered to buy two controllers if they fix this broken one they sent me and they said no. My thing is I want to be a customer and purchase more even after you sent me this garbage controller. Both L2 and R2 jam up and stick and sometimes don't even work. Your better off spending your money with someone in Compton with a $5 controller for sale. I bought two controllers from you guys and both suck but low and behold won't even fix them when I offer to buy two more lol. Fellas just go ahead and don't waste your time with someone who doesn't care as long as you buy one.

Its a great controller. But it stopped working Justin alter few month of use. For The money, it should be more reliable.

Very cool controller but expensive. It came exactly as I designed it. Works perfect, no lag or drift. It didn't come in an official box though and no instructions on the macros. I had to look it up which is fine. I play Destiny and the only macro I have found useful is the auto fire. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, that's where instructions would be nice. I got the pro tension sticks but I can't tell the difference. They should up that. It shipped faster than scheduled. Overall, if you want a custom controller these are the best option from my research. I had bought the crazy expensive razor controller and it had lag and drift right out of the box. Scuf controllers are good but the back paddle positions are useless. I will buy evil again, just wish they were a little cheaper.

I received my controller with all performance upgrades (no mods) and every feature works perfectly. The only minor inconvenience is the small buttons are hard to find. I fixed this my sticking solid bejazlling plastic crystals to the buttons to add size to them. With this edition the controller is perfect. My max performances went up by over 20% in the competitive games I play when switching from default.

I knew something was wrong with my controller but didn't pay much mind to it but the problem began to spread out, then I was able to actually TEXT a representative who responded VERY quickly and all I had to do was pay for the shipping of the controller and my controller was fixed and came in as if it's brand new.

When I ordered the controller was shipped rather quick, but then stayed at the customs office for three weeks. I did not receive any information until I contacted the shipping company and when I provided the necessary documents it still took some time until i received my order.

So basically I am satisfied with the controller but not at all with the shipping process/company
