Some of the charges are absolutely ridiculous. The extra buttons that are $14.95 for 2 aren't worth the cost. The multi tier warranty options should have been a red flag but the base warranty openly stating that it does not cover stick drift should be noted. I'm hoping that the repairs will cover my issues because after 40 days I'd rather use a stock series x Microsoft controller.

I received my PS4 modded control. When I tried to use it the battery was dead even after it was bean charging. Customer service was quick and very helpful. I received my original controller I bought.

Fantastic controller all around, the body feels right ergonomically, the buttons are very precise. The mouse click triggers o. G the mouse click triggers

For the price paid, and the modifications added, I see no difference in play performance or response time. Waste of money.

Great controller! The buttons on the back could be a little bigger but you get used to them after a while.

Update: controller is 5 star able to use with foot and right hand (unable to use left hand/arm) I'm playing halo now come in 1st in Fortnite

Over priced and late shipping, overall terrible experience

Got my 200 plua dollar controller and the remapping stop working but the customer service was good and they fix it and shipped it back.

The controller came in a darker shade of colors than how it was advertised on the websites pictures.

Ok so basically i paid more than 320 for my ps5 controller. I live in canada and had not problem paying for the shipping and all the extra. When i received my controller it was in perfect condition the next dat the L2 button stopped working and i tried to reach out to the company for a reimbursement. The personne answered me right away mentioning that they can repair it free of charge and that they can give me 30$ for shipping. I shipped the controller to them and sent several email to have an update and no one is responding at this point I think i just got scammed.

Great experience with EVIL. The only thing that I would have to say was a negative, would be the price. Other than the the price it is a great product and sturdier than Scuff. The back paddles on Evil are made to be abused and are well placed for finger interaction.

Seamless experience. Order placed and they got to work on it right away and shipped order with tracking number in quick fashion.

First controller lost, but was sent a replacement. Thank you
