They ship to Europe but do not offer free returns for customers in Europe. This is not mentioned when starting the return process on their website, only in the fine print of their terms and conditions. So be careful when ordering from outside the US. This is extremely bad customer service. I will not order there again.
Clicked on a link that said special 4 day shipping for first time purchases. Made the purchase, get an email confirmation that now said 4-7 days shipping then get the Fedex Link that has it arriving 13 days (9 business days) after ordering. I was visiting from the UK. The package will arrive to an Airbnb after I'm gone. I ordered many things that I needed and am now out the items, out the money and get the extra stress of having to ask a stranger if she might not steal the item, but place a return label and bring it to the post office?! Very very unimpressed.
I ordered a pair of trousers— a new item, listed as in stock — a month ago. I am still waiting for delivery. I did get a notice that the item shipped — TWENTY days ago — but every time I track the package the projected delivery date is further out. At this point, I no longer want what I purchased. I'm over it. If this parcel ever arrives it is getting shipped right back to Everlane.
I've been buying Everlane items for almost 2 years now and have to say the quality of their items are for the most part quite good. The leather accessories definitely seem more expensive than they are, especially their leather shoes. Also their customer service excellent and returns are easy. Overall I think everyone needs to try them out and give them a chance.
I ordered shoes that are my usual size but did not fit. Everlane refused to exchange or refund my order. I loved the shoes but can't wear them. This is the worst shopping experience I've ever experienced. Thanks Emma&Everlane?!
I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. 2-4 weeks delay in delivery for these expensive clothes? Ridiculous! You need to stop taking orders or hire more employees if you can't handle the volume! First and last time shopping on this website! I will stick with ASOS, ZARA, and other fast fashion retailers with quality customer service. I placed an order with ASOS the same time as Everlane. I was able to receive my order from ASOS, return items that did not work for me, and just received my refund from ASOS. All of this has happened and Everlane hasn't even shipped out my order yet.
Nightmare, basically Everyone becomes unavailable after they have your money. I got a jean jacket and wanted to return, They charge for returns... mine was $6. And, I tried to go to a store in SF to exchange for another size, guess what... They don't speak on the phone. So can't find out if they have the item. Screw Everlane.
I bought a pair of Day Glove shoes as a gift for my wife. They appeared to be of very good quality, but were slightly too large. I returned them in person in Tulsa, OK using Happy Returns. I was told that I would have a store credit "by the time I reached the exit." That was almost five weeks ago. Everlane has ignored six emails. I have contested the charge with PayPal. According to PayPal, Everlane claims that a credit was issued, but it has not been. Everlane continues to fraudulently claim that they have issued a credit when they have not. There is no means to contact a human representative. If you attempt to call a store, there is a recorded message telling you to email, and you will receive a response within twenty four hours. It doesn't happen. Their quality is reputed to be very good. I can't confirm that, because the have both my money and my wife's shoes.
I love everlane's clothes - well designed, good quality basics that aren't a million dollars. Things that you can find at banana republic or j crew or even madewell but for half the price. Totally recommend their t shirts (basically live in them all summer)!
I tried to place an order on-line that didn't go through. After pay took $21.00 out and canceled my order. Customer service refused to honor cyber Mon. Price on reorder. Thought it was rude. Still waiting on my return payment refund. Bad experience.
The quality is subpar and the marketing is misleading. I would try before buying. It costs money to get your original form of payment for returns which sucks. The design is really off as well. They don't get details right like the pocket lining always showing on the jeans cause they don't make it long enough that ever other jean designer from walmart gets right. It's all hype and nothing to back it up. I see their items in secondhand stores all the time looking so bad. The reviews on the site are suspiciously all amazing.
In three days, it will be a month since I made a purchase from Everlane and my 2 jeans still haven't been delivered to my home in Australia. The tracking info isn't being updated and for almost 2 weeks has stayed the same. My husband purchased perfume from New York last week and it arrived yesterday. I tried calling. I tried texting. I'm apparently on waitlist since they have large volume of inquiries. Unless the jeans take my breath away, I will think twice ordering from Everlane. The least they could have done was provide best tracking system. Is that too much to ask for $245 dollar jeans (2 pair)? Another annoyance was they asked for my email and promised to send 10% coupon. Nothing arrived in my email and I even checked spam. So I signed up again, thinking it was me... still nothing. I'm disappointed in Everlane!
While browsing at their website I tried to checkout the sale section but everytime I click on a piece of clothing it would take me straight to the reviews. It's kind of a disappointment because they are charging so much for their clothes but can't have a property working website
Purchased quite a number of items in store (spent over $800usd) while visiting the States and the experience was great and loved all the items.
However, when I tried to order online back home and had to seek help from their online customer service their attitude is absolutely appalling! Everlane, how you choose your online customer service staff can really ruin your brand reputation.
I will not shop at Everlane EVER again and will spend my money elsewhere.
Very frustrating experiences with Everlane. They took forever to mail my order, charged me shipping and then it was still 15 days after my order by the time I received it. It was too late for what I needed it for. There is no customer service number to contact.
This is the first review of my life and the only reason I wanted to write this was to make buyers aware of how poorly Everlane treats its customers. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans online and the package was labelled delivered by Fedex. The package was no where to be found. I was home the whole day and no one came by the door with a package. I contacted Fedex and they mentioned that they would investigate and let me know. They asked me to contact the shipper (Everlane) if I didn't receive anything within 3 days. I did just that. Everlane hasn't gotten back to me in 4 days after following up twice. They don't have a customer support phone number(Never seen that before)! If Everlane claims they are authentic, it should not just be about the clothes, the company should practice transparency in all its departments. This is the worst Customer Support experience I have ever had in my life!
Please don't buy things online at Everlane, pathetic experience!
The return policy is terrible. They tell you easy returns and they tell you your first returns are free but then you are not only stuck paying return postage but they charge you a 6$ per item restocking fee. The site is misleading. Don't buy unless your are sure your stuff will fit or you will out a lot of money. No ethics here.
So frustrated with Everlane. This is my second time ordering from them and I can't get over how long it takes to a) receive the order and b) exchange for another size. For a store who barely has any actual storefronts, they should make the exchange process much simpler.
The first time I ordered the item didn't fit so opted to get store credit since I wanted a different size, rather than returning it and having to pay the $6 fee.
But, instead of letting me apply my credit immediately, I have to wait two weeks for it to appear on my profile. Well I did that, ordered two more things and again, the sizing is off so in order to get the correct size I have to wait another two weeks to get credit for the return. I'll call tomorrow and hope customer service will expedite the exchange but come on, it's 2020. Many online retailers will gladly send out the new size before receiving the exchange.
Returned two pairs of shoes, was credited for returning one pair. Has sent e-mail to customer's support, one response, but no action. Sent additional information, no action. I am at a lost; I don't know what to do nest.
I purchased two pair of their "Day Heels" believing they were as comfortable as they claimed. This was not a small expenditure. The shoe was beautiful but the fit was awful. Everything on the shoe felt fine except where the ball of your foot sits. By the end of the day after wearing a pair I had to resort to an extra pair of shoes I just happen to have at work. After contacting customer service via email I was told since I wore one pair (to/from work - too painful to wear home) they could not except them back. I could obtain a credit for the pair I wore just to and from my car. The fact that they don't have a customer service phone numbers also concerns me.
Answer: Did you receive products you didn't order, or are you looking for more information on products to order?
Answer: Their customer service is non existent. I am having same problem as you without resolve. I've given up. I hope you are able to resolve your issue. I've purchased from Everlane before -- and they were great. BUT I had no problems... I think the issues arise when something isn't right with the order or if the merchandise doesn't fit.
