After my pair of pants fell apart with many holes within a few months, I complained, and they offered me some credit for a new pair which was nice. I asked about the different pants, and they said the organic cotton one was more prone to holes, so I should order a regular cotton. I did so. When I received the pants, they were completely different in style and about a foot shorter in inseam and so didn't fit at all. The inseam is not listed on the site. I asked about them and they said the style is just different and I would have to pay for shipping to return them. I had already paid for shipping to receive them. I basically paid an extra $30 for pants that were not well described and am stuck with the holey ones.
I have been an ebay seller for many years. Not anymore. I was selling an item before Christmas which was peak time for this item. I received several offers and was about to accept one when it was rescinded due to a bid. The auction ended a week later and another week later the buyer still hadn't paid. The buyer emailed me that they had changed their mind. Now it is too late to sell it and ship in time for Christmas, so it cost me my sale.

I tried to report the unpaid item on my phone, but it was so small as they don't have a mobile version of this part, and I accidentally cancelled the unpaid item report. I called them and had to wait 10 minutes. They told me they can't created another unpaid item report and would manually refund my final value fee. This took another 20 minutes. They then threatened me saying that this is a one time courtesy and I shouldn't mess up again when it was clearly the buyer's fault for bidding on something they didn't want to pay for and their fault for not having developed a mobile version of this part of their site and making it so easy to make a mistake and then making it impossible to undo the mistake.

I asked if there is anything else they could do after explaining the situation and they said no I would just need to relist.

Now I am out a sale and have to wait for a refund of the fee and do not have any other chances to make a mistake. There are much better selling platforms out there these days so why bother with ebay. They have the least fees but it's obviously for a reason. Try mercari, poshmark, tradesy, etc.
They will rip you off. I sent in a 100% cashmere brand new with tags Rebecca Minkoff sweater retailing over $200. Very on trend and beautiful. They gave me $1. They are selling uglier, not cashmere sweaters from the same brand for triple the price of mine. This happened with 80% of the items I sent in. I can't get them back. I got pennies for hundreds of dollars of clothes that I could have easily gotten more for even at a buffalo exchange or consignment store. I would have gladly kept them for those prices. They give you pennies if you item is listed at less than $50, and you can't predict it even with their calculator which is very misleading.

Thank you.
The quality is subpar and the marketing is misleading. I would try before buying. It costs money to get your original form of payment for returns which sucks. The design is really off as well. They don't get details right like the pocket lining always showing on the jeans cause they don't make it long enough that ever other jean designer from walmart gets right. It's all hype and nothing to back it up. I see their items in secondhand stores all the time looking so bad. The reviews on the site are suspiciously all amazing.
