Shame on me for not carefully recognizing the internet sales pitches for Lyle Lovett tickets and clicking on your site instead of going directly to Lyle Lovett's site. I unnecessarily paid 2 times the cost for the tickets themselves and then the tacked on fees of $25 per person for these resold tickets (which I did not realize until I printed my tickets and saw a purchaser name I did not recognize). I am not a frequent concert goer so I didn't pay close enough attention to this whole resold tickets process; I initially thought you were the legit direct seller of tickets to his concert and I feel ripped off.

Book a ticket is more complicated then book a flight (in Switzerland) If i order a ticket in Switzerland i have just to press buy, And i get the ticket on my email. This are Two stepts. For this ticket i became 8 emails. Need to registrate, create a login, verify by mail aswell by phone, need a application. More complicated and userunfriendli is not nearly not possible. So if i could reissue them, i wouldnt have time so someone else could go seing the tickets were scalped for triple each x2.

Hello, we purchased our tickets paid in full however we can't get our tickets until the day of the concert. This makes me feel a little uneasy. It seems a little suspicious. I contacted customer service and they replied you have delayed delivery. They'll be available on 9/18. This Is the day of the concert and I don't like waiting to last minute to find out if I have my tickets, especially considering other people paid me for these tickets.

The check out process seemed to go smoothly UNTIl I received the confirmation email that THEN alerted me that the 3 NON REFUNDABLE tickets I'd just purchased were for 21 and older. There were so many places in the purchase process in which there should have been an alert to confirm that everyone in my party of 3 was 21+. Because of this, our 16 year old son could not attend with us.
