I can't believe you guys are triple charging for tickets i bought for the first time tickets from you my tickets cost me 92.00 each and my friend buy her ticket next day in the same section than us and pay 35.00 per ticket that is insane. I can't believe I pay 250.00 For two tickets when the right price is less than 100.00. Scam scam scam
Website was hard to navigate, confusing and frustrating to use. I had to get help by phone and that person was good but even said that many people were having the same issue with the website that I had. Please have the website designers talk to your help desk people so they can make using your website simpler and easier to use.

My confirmation email said I had to make an account to access tickets but doesn't give me the option to make one. I had to bookmark the page with my tickets and hope they work when I get there as screenshots won't work.

Confusing when you asked if I "received my order!". I did not know what this meant. I had not received my tickets yet but you told me the tickets would not be sent until March 27. I did receive confirmation email of my purchase. I am presuming that you were asking if I received that confirmation email. Yes I did receive confirmation email and am now waiting for tickets.
The site is very secure and the process is very safe. I got my tickets in about 24 hours. Make sure you have Google wallet or something similar. Can't print the tickets. My only real compliant is I got charge processing fees of $23.00 per ticket! That is crazy! That is 44% of the price of the original ticket! Yeesh
SCAM! BEWARE! I didn't look close enough when I searched for an event and accidentally clicked on event ticket center's site, thinking it was the venue's ticket selling site. I overpaid by $130 per ticket! No luck getting my money back. Lesson learned.

I don't think buying tickets for an event should take six emails, an app download, creation of a password and verification. It shouldn't be that complicated.
The ordering process was fairly easy, although I am not a huge fan of being forced to write a review just to be able to get my ticket.

No issues placing the order. But If I had waited and gone to the actual event site I would have saved about a hundred bucks. Will not order any more from this site
Site is opaque. Not upfront that it is a resale site. Strange restrictions on having to buy tickets in pairs. Hidden fees are very hidden and are very high, ~25% of total. I will not recommend this service to anyone.
When you force me to leave a 100 character review my opinion on you goes down dramatically. Just let me move on with my life without doing so

Although I was extremely overcharge by $240. I was told I would receive $82 in return. I would like to have $200 returned. This is another form of theft.
I received my tickets in a timely manner and the purchase was easy. The only negative ws the fee of 34.00 which was added to each ticket. I feel this is excessive
Simple, easy, this is annoying now. This needs to be longer than 50 characters which further proves how annoying this process is. I've now changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 because of this nonsense
Much too complicated a process just to get tickets! Do this, then do this, and then do this and you may have tickets when you jump through all the hoops. Ridiculous and unnecessary.
I already knew what I wanted so it didn't take to long. It would be much nicer to actually talk to someone. And receive a paper ticket instead of using a phone. Not everyone is savy
