My husband and I enjoyed the Clint Black music, but it would have been better if the seats were larger. We are of average size and height and we didn't have room to seat comfortably in those chairs. We drove three hours from where we live to see that concert and I can honestly say we will not be going back to that venue again unless you get larger seating.
We arrived at the venue o ly to be told that you scammed us and our tickets were not valid! We had to purchase tickets again on the spot to get in. There were many people told the same thing by the supervisors of the Regent Casino as we presented our digital info. THIS IS AWFUL AND NEWSWORTHY because I thought you were a reputable organization however you have apparently scammed many people according to the supervisor of the venue. I have been looking into this matter and plan to intercede.
It did not happen. Event was postponed for a Tuesday in two weeks. The email arrived the day of event. Many plans were disturbed and no possibility for refund
I am a former dancer. I purchased a ticket for the Paris Opera Ballet, in the balcony because I like to see the choreography, staging and formations, "big picture". The following day they told me my seat was unavailable and they were moving me to a "better seat" in the 5th row. At first I was a little happy, until I saw where my seat was. It was all the way to the side. I know there was a band on stage, but I never saw a second of them. I saw into the wings the whole show. Seeing dancers being out of character in the wings completely takes you out of the show, at least for me. I left feeling like I wanted my money back and I was so excited for this show. I usually love my experience at City Center. This ticket change was not "better" in any way.
Used Google to search Vic Juba tickets and was directed to your site. Read that there were very few tickets left and the price would be US$109 per ticket. Seemed a bit steep but I thought we should go ahead because my wife loves Luke Combs. When the extra fees and taxes and exchange were added, the final price was over CAN$300…. Was a bit miffed at that but became more upset when I saw still lots of tickets available for $54 on the actual Vic Juba website. We enjoyed the concert but the ticket purchase portion left a bit of a bad taste. Will know better next time.
Tickets were very easy to order, everything was processed and available on time and as expected. Checking in at the event using the ticket app was straight forward as well!
Made my ticket purchase! Extremely excited to see Lionel Richie! Double sold our same sets, canceled and moved our seats to worst area, called us back to tell us it wasn't a concert it was book release ask all! WORST experience EVER! Gentleman that called me was so rude and had no empathy towards the situation! Request a manager and said no managers were available! Placed me on hold and then disconnected the call! Horrible!
Terrible experience, I bought the ticket by mistake, because the event cover image was of DJ Alok Brasil and was actually of a comedian, as soon as I received the confirmation I realized the error and contacted them to inform them of the mistake, less than 12 hours later, the only response I received was that nothing could be done for 4 tickets that cost almost $500, I felt cheated and the ticket sales organization simply said that the problem was mine.

A friend sent me the link to Event Tickets Center for tickets to a show we were excited about, and I didn't realize it wasn't the official venue's ticket distributor. We ended up paying over twice as much for tickets than the venue was charging directly, and the event didn't anywhere near sell out. Event Tickets Center had red warnings that the show was almost out of tickets, creating false urgency. I am infuriated and disappointed that I fell for this scam. By the time I realized, it was too late to refund. If I'd gone through the venue directly, we could have gotten way better seats for cheaper. DO NOT BUY HERE.
Purchased tickets to Peter Pan at Bass Hall. The tickets were in Box U. The seats were at an angle to the stage and had a beam next to the suite which completely blocked the whole right side of the stage from view. No where on the site indicated the seats would have an obstructed view. Very disappointing.
I am a 100 hundred percent disabled vet with cancer due to medical reasons was an able to attend. I ask events ticket center to transfer the tickets to this coming Friday and they would not do it so I will not buy anything ever again from tickets, event center very very disappointed. The experience with EventTickets was, to say the least, disheartening. They tripled the price of our tickets and would not honor the insurance purchased with the tickets, only promising to repay a maximum of $120. The extra money for the tickets is not sent to the missions of the Christian band. This website is a ticket scalper that overcharges for its tickets. They make it seem as though you are getting a good deal, but make sure to check all other sources for tickets before using Event Tickets! The price of the tickets directly from the band's website is $25, and Event Tickets is charging over $75 per ticket. There are no incentives for paying the extra money. Be careful, be cautious, and be wary of this site. I understand making money for securing the tickets, but this is theft!
The Conett was fantastic, but when we got to our seats someone had an exact ticket for one of our seats. That was very awkward… one person moved to a seat behind us. But then the ticket holders of that seat arrived. The whole group disappeared and never came back. I am hoping they went to someone in charge and got moved to seats they could all sit at together. I'm not sure how this happened?
The show was great but not for the price I paid. The venue is a small, old movie theater. A 110.00 dollars per ticket I feel is to much for the venue.
It was a great Concert! The Band still does everything Great! Luckily the weather was good. Only Criticism was the depiction of the seat location even though accurate failed to show the stage corner was going to be blocked by banners and what not so glad we weren't any further front which would seem better but for line of sight to the stage would not. I would not have wanted to be front several rows in that section as you wouldn't be able to see hardly any of the stage to a hard far-left angle and only the big Screen TV at a hard right angle.
My total price for these tickets was around 230. My tickets were general admission. Other people in my area paid 45.00 per ticket compared to 95. That I paid. There was just general admission seats and artists circle. Why were my tickets higher? The date was 09/27/2025
You're a bunch of pricks! I didn't go to any concert! This was not what I thought it was, I called in within an hour of the accidental purchase and your jerks of customer service wouldn't help! I had bought the insurance and they wouldn't cover it either! What a waste of $200+ dollars down the toilet! I plan on going to the BBB and reporting this. Already submitted a dispute with my credit card company.
When I went to google an event, this site came up first. Being a mature person (a senior) I clicked right on it and bought tickets for the event. They ended up being over double the price of the actual event's site tickets, which I unfortunately found after the fact. No one's fault but my own, but be aware!
