Tickets didn't work when we got the the venue. I tried to email them multiple times and got a auto reply once then didn't get anything after that. Tried to dispute with my bank because I didn't attend the event the tickets weren't used but I was there. I have proof of everything from the long line to the entrance to going back to our hotel upset because we weren't able to go to our concert after driving 2 hours getting a hotel and getting ready for it.
Bought tickets on 7/26 for my parents to see Mannheim Steamroller on 12/4 in Knoxville. On 7/27 I received an email to "claim" the tickets. Every time I tried to claim the tickets it tells me that another email has claimed the tickets. I've been emailing and calling since August 2nd but was continually hung up on by the automates system telling me to call back closer to the date. Finally talked to someone and they told me there is nothing they can do since I've "accepted" the tickets despite me giving a manager there my ticketmaster login info to prove I have no tickets. They told me to contact ticketmaster... received a response from them who said they have NO tickets in my name and if I'm getting the message that the tickets have been claimed by another email that someone else has my tickets... otherwise know as a scam!

We found out our kids were giving us ticket to Leanne Morgan for Christmas and tried to cancel them after I had just purchased them 20 minutes earlier and their policy doesn't allow it. I can't believe they will not give you a grace period. I would NEVER use this company again. So unkind and everything had to be done via a text message.

The policy stating that all sales are final is is standard across both the primary and secondary ticket market. The reason for this is because tickets are time sensitive items with strict limits on their value. This means that returning tickets is not like returning shoes that could be used by another customer at another date. Ticket sellers may not be able to sell any returned tickets (i. E. they lose their entire investment) or may have to sell them for less money. The end result is that the ticket supplier ends up losing money as a result of the ticket return. This information is readily available on the FAQ section of our website, and all customers agree to this policy before completing their purchase.

On July 30, I purchased two tickets for a Whitney Cummings event at the Grove of Anaheim from EventTicketsCenter.com for $254.67. In addition, due to impending Covid restrictions, I purchased insurance for the cost of the tickets from Allianz for 15.28. I never received my tickets for the event.
On October 22, the day of the performance, I was on hold for over an hour with EventTicketsCenter and sent them several emails trying to get my tickets for that evening—they kept saying "they were coming." Someone who's name was unintelligible called and left a voice mail that I had to go to AXS to get my tickets. I downloaded that app, had a very difficult time accessing the account, but no tickets. I spoke to Jennifer at AXS, and she was very nice but didn't have my tickets. I have bought dozens of electronic tickets, and have never seen a more convoluted and backward process that I found here.
By all accounts, and what I received from you, the order was place and processed, but the tickets were never delivered.
We even drove to the venue (25 mi. Away and paid $25 to park) and talked to the people at the box office. They could not help us, because they did not sell us the tickets. I am not sure who is at fault because there are so many entities who are pointing fingers at each other, but I do know there is only one victim--me.
EventTickets is a reseller. They sent an e-mail telling us that the tickets have been transferred to us and gave tips on finding the e-mail from the seller. But we have not received any e-mail or text message with instructions to get the tickets from the seller. I've looked and searched very carefully. Tried calling the customer service number. After 40 minutes listening to the inane music loop, it told me they would call me back and would save my place in line, but get this, I'll receive that call within the next 48 hours! LOL. The game is today.

After a lot of trying random things, I did eventually get my tickets. I logged in to Ticket Events with the PIN they sent in their e-mail. On their website, under ticket status (something like that), I found the contact seller link. When I sent them a message, they replied with instructions. I installed the app and got the tickets. But this was supposed to happen two weeks ago.

As I was editing this review, I just got a call back from Ticket Events support center, so it didn't actually take 48 hours. It's been a frustrating few hours dealing with this, though.
