This site should not sell tickets to next day events if they can't deliver tickets immediately. I was late to my event as I had a 2.5 hour drive and had to make 8 phone calls in the morning to get my tickets sent to me that HAD to be printed off to get acceas to the event. Also unsure why it is necessary to print them. If I order online I should be able get access to events without printing the actual ticket and doing it online. I am very unimpressed with ordering through your company (and third party company's) and will not do it again.
Didn't clearly explain the difference in cost for general admission tickets. I paid at least 20 dollars more for the same seats.
Although I had NO difficulties at all in the ordering, receiving and printing of my tix I find that the SERVICE fee is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. Considering that the whole transaction was done online there was little to no need for human intervention and I was charged $25 extra for them!

If your parked far away you can get small golf cart and bicycle carriage rides back to your car if needed. We didn't use because we like to walk. Nice that they are there though.

I find it disappointing for a $25 fee just to buy online tickets. How does this encourage ticket sales? I do not like to drive to Reading more than I have to because the area does not seem safe, but to save $25 per ticket requires an extra trip in to the city! That is so disappointing.

It took forever to get the email with the ticket download. I finally got it after making several calls. Very unpleasant experience.
I bought four tickets online in the orchestra seating area, only to receive a phone call a short while later explaining that no such tickets existed due to a 'mapping error'. I was offered balcony seats in exchange for a slightly lower price. So I literally went from one of the best seats in the house to one of the worst. While sitting in these balcony seats, I noticed there was NO one behind us... so yes, this literally went from one of the best seats to the worst seats possible. This was explained to me as a 'mapping error'. I view it as a bait and switch. I buy lots of tickets thru online brokers and have never had an experience like this and will never buy thru EventTicketsCenter again. I intend to post this experience on my facebook page and hope that the word spreads about how your company conducts it's business.
I understand that people need to make a living but the extra fees associated with a purchase is rediculous.
I see bad reviews over price and seats, but i saw the map, read the details, and was not shocked by what i received. The seats were as advertised, the price was what i saw onscreen. I paid a fat price, but got what i wanted and got it fast. If the show is important to folks, pay the insurance and rest assured.

Not As Simple to get a refund as it was for taking the Money. Show was canceled. Now I must go through layers of people only to tell me I must talk to someone else. Reason... they do not see the show as being canceled... so no show to see... and they keep the money... Oh what a Wonderful Experience...
The whole process was very user friendly. Had no problems whatsoever. The e-tickets emailed within 2 days of ordering them. The site is secure, payment was very quick and easy. I would definitely use the site again.
I spent over $300 on tickets to go to GI show. The show got canceled so i called to get my money back and they told me i am not getting my money back. She told me that they don't control when shows get postponed. ThEY DON' T GIVE REFUNDS TO POSTPONED SHOWS. Watch out for that. So they force u to either go to the show, if you can, or to lose out on money, $300 like i will. I dont know if i will be able to go do to my work schedule. I do understand that they can't control when a show gets postponed. But who really thinks that a show will get canceled 2 weeks before they are supposed to have it. I was really excited that i got the tickets to go. But now since I don't know when the show will be and i don't know if i will be able to get the day off for it and already messed with my schedule to get the day off to go, i got ripped of for the tickets. They are ripping people off do not ever use them. She told me that i wasn't professional. Sorry but its not my job to be professional its THE SUPERVISORS job since shes working for the company. She doesn't need to work for stressful places if she cant handle the way people way talk to her. JUST A REMINDER THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR POSTPONED SHOWS. THEY R A RIP OFF.
