Tears for Fears was absolutely phenomenal. They flawlessly displayed their amazing personalities throughout the show, and Roland (like usual) was smiley and cheerful the whole time. They were astonishing despite the heavy storm. Wonderful experience! I'm beyond excited for the new album to come out, and the next tour.

I purchased the tickets on line. The quoted or price was $47 per ticket - I purchased 2 tickets. At checkout there was an additional charge of $16.99 PER TICKET. Then an additional $15 for FedX delivery. So a total of $142.98. Then when I received the tickets, the face price said $30. That amounts to $33.99 in fees for a $30 ticket. Rediculous!

The VIP upgrade was wonderful... It was the first time my granddaughter experienced SPAC, which she loved and the VIP experience just added to the great benefits of the evening.

Pricing was 5 times face value, which was disappointing. Location was not effectively communicated (obstructed view - behind the projection screens). Still enjoyed the show.

There was information we didn't learn in advance, but once the staff was aware of the issue, they worked hard to resolve it for us by upgrading our tickets.

AVA personell are some of the nicest people I have come across at a concert. Very professional and courteous. Could not have had more fun. Ended up having front row seats and totally enjoyed dancing, singing and having best time ever!

Very disappointed they weren't tickets to the show they were to get access for a lounge not what I wanted

The was the best concert from Jimi C ravity, Meredith Andrews, Natalie Grant, Jeremy Camp and MercyMe... I loved every second...

At first I was a little disappointed because I didn't know all alot of the songs but in his encore, which was half an hour, he came out and killed it! It was also nice to pay tribute to Larry Doby since his son works for Billy.

The staff is great-always there when you need them.
The show was out of this world-use it to see your favorites-you will not regret it!

Excellent service from the moment I pulled onto the parking lot. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous employees made for a memorable event for my son and I. The facilities were immaculate and everyone was very helpful. I highly recommend this as the place you want to visit.

I paid $800.00 for what turned out to be an very sub par seat in Section 106 of the Pepsi center. Check it out for youself! I called prior to receiving my tickets to complain; however, this fell on the deaf ears of a very snarky representative. I go to many events a year and I will never use this service again. You have been warned.

The program itself was unforgettable and awesome, however, I felt I got jabbed on my ticket purchases on line. Very misleading price advertising. An $86.00 ticket turned into $144.00 each, plus parking, plus I traveled 200 miles. The show was excellent tho.

I made a mistake thinking the game was in ATL
By the time we noticed it was in California. We called and were told that because of third party buying nothing could be done.

I would not recommend your company to anyone that i am familiar with is interested I getting tickets

The application process was easy and direct! I believe that most companies should use this platform, instead their own boring application portals.

Would definitely use this service again. The agent we spoke to in the phone was helpful, answered our questions, and helped us to find the best seats possible within our price range.

The show was excellent, but the chairs were very uncomfortable. I suffer with back problems and it was very hard to enjoy the show. Plus the chairs were so close that the man who was seated next to me was practically in my lap.
