EventTicketsCenter Reviews Summary

The company enjoys a largely positive reputation, with customers frequently praising the ease and efficiency of the ticket purchasing process, as well as the prompt delivery of tickets. Many users appreciate the competitive pricing compared to other platforms, which enhances overall satisfaction. However, there are notable concerns regarding the lack of detailed seating maps and limited seat availability, leading to some frustration among customers. Additionally, the requirement for lengthy feedback can detract from the user experience. Overall, while the company excels in convenience and reliability, addressing these concerns could further enhance customer satisfaction.

Anyone and everyone can easily make mistakes when ordering online and no refunds no exchanges is fine but there should be some grace period 1-4 hours or something from purchase time when a ticket can be refunded or changed etc. I will never use this site again and would not recommend it.

Bill we appreciate your feedback. The resale market is consistent in having an all sales final policy due to the dynamically changing value and availability of tickets.

More info on exactly where the seats were situated would have been useful. Lots of hidden charges $76 for the tickets, over $110 final charge.

July 5, 2017

Awesome venue, beer's a little pricey, but at least they were big and cold... a lot like my ex-wife.
Easy to get in and out, good food, good music

I think it's * that I got charged for an eTicket.
I've had a lot of friends that did not have to pay for that feature.

Concert was terrible. B-52's and 2 out of 3 didn't want to be there. Weather was spectacular! Performers were the opposite.

Just OK
July 5, 2017

The seat map was not accurate so our seats were not where we expected and the extra fees were very high compared to advertised price. By the time I paid the print at home option and other fees my 68 dollar ticket was 85.

Chicago The Band and the Doobie Bros. Was a fantastic duo concert at the venue, Coastal Fed. At Walnut Creek Ampitheater, Raleigh, N. C., Sunday, June 25,2017, 7 p.m. The acoustics, like the evening's weather, were clarion for both of the iconic classic rock bands. Even sitting somewhat away from the stage, as was my case; the wide screen was as clear as hearing the most minute and complex orchestration. The venue for these concerts that evening was superior. On an ancillary note: the proximity of facilities and concessions to seating is well planned at Walnut Creek. Security, staff, and parking attendants were top-notch.

Hidden fees
June 24, 2017

I bought 2 $25.00 tickets and my total bill was nearly $145.00. Service fees for everything, including "pick up" fees and I printed them off myself at home. Price of ticket was marked up as well. The venue was not even half full, yet the site made it look as if there were only a few tickets left. I thought I was purchasing the tickets through the venue. I felt duped. Disappointing.

I was so pleased with our seat location. It was super easy purchase. I love seeing the view of my seats before I made the purchase. We had a great night. Rays won 15 to 5. My only complaint is the 31.00 handling fee on top of the ticket price. I originally thought that was one charge. But it was for each ticket. So a handling fee of $62.00 was outrageous. But I admit the seats were great.

I went to see Swan Lake at the Met Opera. I found out about it last minute and Misty Copeland was performing one night only so I decided to splurge and go for it. I paid almost 3 times the face value once you included the service fees (which I didn't know until I got the actual ticket) The seat was nowhere near worth it, charts were very misleading and comparisons didn't make sense. Also there was no warning or explanation that someone else's name would be on the ticket... so I panicked when I printed it and spent 30 minutes trying to get through to a representative to explain that it was ok. Would never ever use this service again.

Took six grandsons to the Rockies - Giants game. We are all Giants' fans, but like the Rox as well. Had a great time at Coors field. Kids enjoyed the food. I enjoyed talking with the Rockies fans sitting by me. We all enjoyed a great game that the Rox won with a walk-off in the bottom of the ninth. Really fun times for gramps and grandsons.

I bought tickets for my friend and I to see Willie Nelson. I NEVER saw anything of Willie! What I was an unfamiliar band first and then the Charlie Daniels Band, which I was very disappointed in! I waited until 9:30 pm for Willie to come on. Did not happen until 10:30 pm before he appeared! My friend and I had left by this time. Since when does the main draw of a concert appear last? I will never use this avenue for tickets again! Very poor event information given! I also feel your high handling rate is unfair!

I came with high expectations and they did not disappoint me. Not only was the dancing, music and stage set outstanding the title of their show was fabulous. Since they move all the time as performers, the title fit, however linking it to peoples emotions and life issues it brought a broader scope to the word and the love they brought to the stage immense. I could see them over and over, Thank you

Never again will I purchase tickets this way again. Ticket face value=$99.50, Ticket resale price =$159.00 (59% markup), Service fee=48.50 (for what, since they already made $59.50 from the markup of the original ticket price?), & then to add insult to injury, an added fee for "Delivery"=$7.95 (to send me EMAIL tickets)! So 2 $99.50 tickets ($199.00) cost me $422.95 (a markup of 112.5%) Now, do you think I will ever be stupid enough to buy tickets this way again?!
