I made a Purchase and within 10 minutes noticed that the game was out of state.
I contacted Even Ticket Center via email and was told that it was my problem that I knowingly hit the purchase button and the only way a refund will be made is if the game is cancelled or I can resell my tickets.
My purchase was not even 24 hours old and they did absolutely nothing to help me.
I have filed a complain with the BBB and hope to hear back soon.
Do Not Use This Company to Purchase Anything.
When booking tickets many offered information about where seats would be but stated I'd be told later on after purchase. Ummm I wanna know what I'm buying before I buy it.
Fast and easy. Went well. Every thing was detailed and was described perfectly. No confusion here. Everything was written very well and I could understand nicely.

This tickets site was much easier to use than Ticketmaster. You find the tickets you want, fill in your information, process your payment and you are done.
It was good up until I'm forced to review you. It went smoothly. The tickets were purchased but now I'd like to get on with my life. But nope, I'm held hostage until I review. So, you were doing fine until that decision. Review consent should be a thing.

I had a voucher that I was able to use...other than the Use a Voucher location being a bit small and having to still enter my credit card, the process was smooth.
