App setup nice, but you really need to scroll through available tickets and prices. I found tickets for the same section with several different prices. I also think you shouldn't have to pay a ticket protection fee. If you buy tickets for an event you should get them period. I also think a service fee should be for a purchase not for each individual ticket. I went from spending $108 to $162 because of service fees and ticket protection.
Just one suggestion. I forgot to select the radio button to opt out of ticket insurance when I clicked on the "confirm" button. The page scrolled to the top, which signaled to me that I had entered something incorrectly. The item that I forgot to select was not in view on the screen, which was confusing. It would be a better user experience if the page had scrolled to area that needed user input.
When I was looking for some Marcus King tickets this was the exact type of Venue I wanted to see him perform in. I can't wait to see him again. His music is generational and soul moving madness!

Finding the concert I wanted and the day I wanted to go was very simple. Paying for the tickets was simple. Finding the seating map was a pain in the head. I never did find the seating chart with details of all seats in all sections of the venue. All the seats were clumped together by color. I hope I have decent seats. Fingers crossed..
