This was my first and last experience with your marketplace. Not getting tickets immediately after the transaction is a pain. Your admin fee are ridiculous, and I paid 3x my tickets, tickets that were also available on the regular site of that theatre. I also thought that your site was a scam as described on some Reddit threads.

Tickets are WAY over-priced & then there's a ridiculous service charge on top of that! All tickets for the show are General Admission, other sellers were at $55-$75 per ticket TOTAL including service charges. Event Ticket Center was $125 per ticket PLUS service charges! Wish I would've looked around before purchasing!

They are also shown in the order total price agreed to when the order is placed, the service fees are also only charged at the time the order is initially placed. Without these fees, the website would be unable to provide adequate service to our clients. Unfortunately, we are unable to reverse these fees.
Order tickets for Simple Plan, put my info including payment, receive confirmation of order just to get an email an hour later stating my tickets were no longer available for purchase and I was not charged. How is this possible? I get all the way through check just to be told I don't have the tickets?

It now says it is mobile and that i can't print tickets... i tried to do a chat and no one responded... said it would be 24 hours... i need to be able to print those tickets as i will not be going to the show with the person i am giving them to.

If you have proof from the venue that they will not accept the tickets, then please forward it to cusotmersupport@eventticketscenter.com - however, a lot of venues have standard disclaimers stating that they are not responsible for secondary tickets so that the are not held legally liable for tickets purchased elsewhere, in the same way that one grocery store cannot be held liable for thing purchased at other stores.

Order tickets for BlackBerry Smoke at the Ryman in Nashville Tennessee for Friday May 30th. Told a family member about it so they were going to get them some tickets but couldn't find it for the date. The official website for BlackBerry Smoke said they were playing in Virginia that weekend so I called to cancel my order and was told the show was still going on for the 30th at the Ryman. Waited a couple of days and called back end was told the same thing. So today May 29th got a text saying my tickets were available but it wasn't for Blackberry Smoke so I called the again and was told this time it wasn't for the event place instead of the group. Put a call in to the Attorney General office and a call to the Better Business Bureau. $184.34 could of went to something else instead of this place don't know how they sleep at night. Complete SCUMBAG taking advantage of hard working people. They will have to answer one day. Do yourself a a favor and use a different ticket establishment.
Hi, William. The tickets purchased were for Christ Stapleton in Albany, NY - those were the tickets delivered. At least, that's what the order notes for the order ID show. If your order ID is different, please let us know, but otherwise this is what comes up when we look up your order.
I bought tickets to Foreigner at Stir Cove on June 29th but cannot get my tickets. I cannot talk to a person, only a stupid machine. I also cannot open two emails at once. I can't gave the code sent by text because I have a new phone number and the old one is still listed. This is true BS.

Many artists/venues do not allow Ticketmaster/AXS/other platforms to generate barcodes until 24-48 hours prior to the event - and the ticket transfer platform may have their own regulations in place for when user to user transfers can happen. I personally have tickets that won't be transferred to me until closer to the event.
