I order a Kia with 120 Hp but got an Open with 83 Hp. The car did not have the power uphills, so even if we had 1 gir and full power the car stoped and glide down the hill and in to the bushes. The car got scratch on left side and we had to pay for that. When we came back to Athens the girl who helping us did her very best, but her college (a man in his 30th) was arrogant and threatening us with the police. It was so unprofessional of him. I will never rent a car from Europcar again.
Because our flight was delayed we received a different car to what we booked. We trust that you will just charge us just the difference in price.

The Europcar office is far from the airport. And we didn't know that a transfer would be waiting for us outside the terminal, so we started walking to see if we could see the office. Since we didn't see it, we called the contract phone number provided by booking and the company that answered was Volta, surrealist. In the end, we saw a europcar van pass by, we stopped it, and it took us to the office. We would have appreciated an email with this important information. Everything else correct.

It is true that since we took over the Europcar operation in Greece (01/10/2022), we have done our best to provide our clients with exceptional travel experiences every time they use our service, but unfortunately, the airport regulations prohibit us from displaying any signage in the airport or arrival hall. Despite the fact that all instructions were included in the voucher you received. Despite following Europcar International's policy, we understand your concern about the shuttle bus.

Personale gentilissimo, unica pecca è che il park non è vicino l aeroporto e quindi per la riconsegna alle 6.00 ho dovuto pagare un sovrapprezzo per essere accompagnato in aeroporto. Dovete indicare che si trova a un paio di km di distanza

Everything okay so far. The car's trunk was described as "4 suitcases". We booked for 5 persons and wanted to travel with 4 cabin size pieces (55x40x23) plus one large suitcase. Our own car (also compact) could easily take this. But this car could take not more than the 4 small pieces. It was just coincidence, that my wife got sick and the large suitcase was not with us. Otherwise this had been a huge issue.
