On regrette qu'il n'y ait pas de bureaux à l'aéroport. Pas facile de trouver le chauffeur qui nous a conduit à la base europcar à qques km de là. Très bon accueil professionnel une fois arrivés.

The delivery of the car was fast, the staff are very friendly and kind, I recommend it.
Positive: driver and clerk at the car pick up location were very polite and funny. Really appreciate!
Negative: only thing why I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because there was no information on how to arrive to the pick up office. It was by luck that I got out of the airport and saw the Europcar van.
Very long process to take the car, almost 45 minutes with reservation. Since the cars are not in the airport there was no immediate transportation to pick up our reservation.
Fast car take over!

It was all perfect, i have no objection. The car was good and the service also.
The car we have feels very unsafe. The fan belt is squealing and the brakes are very loose. We would like another car. Also the agent that helped us was in a very big hurry for us to pay so she could leave.

Car was battered and dashboard screen was broken. On return check-in claimed there was a new scratch ( hard to tell as there had been so many to begin) and charged me 400 euros in damages.
I was waiting for one hour in the airport counter it was 1 am one person at the desk
