Supposed to have been just a couple of days delivery, ended up being 8. I ordered one from Amazon, heavier duty, $ 45.00, and arrived today before yours did, 2 days from Arkansas. It was shipped UPS. Yours was sent USPS. It spent 2 days in Missouri, and 3 days in Chicago. And that is why it will be returned.
We ordered for a Chevy Traverse, per the website we got a hitch and a 4 pin flat T-connector. The parts shipped different and one arrived later than scheduled, but alas. The instruction manual that came with both helped tremendously and I have one of my mechanics install it, it went so smoothly he was able to beat the labor time listed on the manual

The tongue jack was received on time and is of good quality. The person that I dealt with from e trailer kept me updated via email and it was nice because he was personable. You just don't see that anymore and it's a rarity if I do. That's something businesses have gotten away from. Between choose from the menu and the other online crap,it was nice to have a personable response from the man I ordered it from or sent it to me. I'd definitely go back to e trailer for anything else (trailer wise). Quality fair prices and it's as close to dealing with a person as you can get online.

I have contacted etrailer about the above problem. They asked if I knew for sure that I have a floating neutral on my Genmax generator which I do not. So contacted Genmax and am waiting for a response. Will follow up with e trailer after the Genmax response.

Product was great, installed great, but the box took a beating like Ace Ventura delivered it. Hitch was coming out multiple sides of the box, thank god it wasn't a gloss black one or it would have been scuffed up pretty good.
