The lifting assembly had cracked and would not open the vent. I found the instructions didn't work for me the vent would open but would not close. Found that I had to adjust the open point manually. Works like new.

Tight fit had to use floor jack to get it into position. Tight fit but good.

I placed my order which I desperately needed to get power back to me and my kids in our travel trailer a thousand miles from home and paid $100 to have it overnighted, by 10:00 a.m. the next morning I still had no tracking information and when I called, they told me that it looked like there was a problem with the billing code matching the credit card. I corrected it immediately and they got it sent out again, but if I hadn't called, it would have just been sitting there in limbo with nobody telling me.

The spec's and fit were spot on. Great customer care and service.

You are the only place I can find this part and your website was easy to use. The manufacturer was out of stock but the winch strap was essential for our snow removal. This company not only had them in stock but the shipping cost was very reasonable and the timeline to receive them was extremely helpful. Only 3 or 4 days and we had one of the straps and was back in action!
