I ordered the wrong receiver hitch and didn't realize it until it had already shipped. I called and explained what I'd done to Sheila C. She didn't hesitate - issued a Return Authorization, entered an order for the correct hitch, and sent the return label. All is right with the world!
And, of course, the hitch fits my 2024 VW GTI perfectly and went on with no problems.
This is the 6th receiver hitch I've purchased and installed for myself and friends. It was by far the easiest install - by myself in about 30 minutes. Didn't have to move the muffler. Didn't have to trim any under bumper plastic. I dropped the spare tire out of the way (good thing, it needed air!). I propped the left side of the hitch on a rolling mechanic stool while I lifted and positioned the right side up to the threaded holes in the frame. Threaded the middle bolt in then moved over to the left side and did the same. After that just threaded the other two bolts on each side, threaded the two bolts on the rear flange then torqued them all down.
Fit, etrailer just wasn't familiar with what cooler was in question as to if hitch would work. Pretty sure it will work on all gas models. Comes with brackets if it does have a cooler.

I have a Toyota Sienna LE-AWD 2025 and it was easy to install, perfectly fit without any modification, straight forward, installation time about 30 minutes or less. The hitch is very well built and looks good.

Received my trailer hitch the box with a little beat up, but everything was in there that I needed. I also ordered wiring harness but ended up not needing that so I'll be sending that back.
