ALWAYS A GOOD PLACE TO PURCHASE TRAILER PARTS. Good place to shop, but make sure to look at all the details. Place an order for snap on mirrors, ended up with two passenger side mirrors?
Item shipped was correct, however the packaging could have been better. Some portions of the tow hitch was scuffed up during shipping.

I researched and ordered a set of chains for my Ram Promaster 3500 based class B Coachmen Nova RV. I have had numerous positive experiences with e-Trailer so I felt confident in ordering from them and I was again rewarded with extremely prompt service and delivery. An additional plus was the installation video on the website that I downloaded to my phone to refer to when I need it (or hopefully, not).
Ordering was simple and readily available. The installation is fairly simple as I was able to install myself. Most of the available shops in town were not able to install it in time for my needs. Only issue I had was the bumper panel cut shown in the manual is not correct and not centered right. I would advise to measure yourself on the vehicle to assure it is right. The dimensions on the instructions were off ~ 1-2 inches.
Fits great. Install was a bit tricky, but the video helped immensely.
Parts were fairly simple to install especially after watching the YouTube video but every experience will be slightly different, and sometimes getting things lined back up after taking things apart requires a little bit of creativity like ratchet straps to pull axles back into alignment, pry bars etc
