As always great customer service from e-trailer! We have used our surge protector for a week now and all has been good. It did take a bit to connect and it does not work on 5g WiFi had to switch to our 2.4g.
We emailed etrailer about overnighting TPMS bands and they were able to make that happen even though we did not order them until 430pm. They were received at 945am the next day in TX. Great customer service and easy to work with!
Installation took probably 5-6 hours. Did a few fit checks to try to install alone, but no way. Instructions were spot on, but difficulty is positioning hitch. On my back I pushed the hitch forward with flanges up to clear exhaust. Once clear of exhaust rotated flanges down to clear suspension while pushing hitch forward. Once in this position the hitch cross brace is pushed up and pulled back into and over the lip of bumper cover (stealth feature). Then my wife helped align bolt holes and installed nuts while I supported hitch. The clearances are so tight, several times I thought it wasn't going to fit. However not only were the clearances fine, but I was really pleased with final product fit and finish!
Only thought would be a locking feature of single bolt securing removable receiver.
Installed and fit and finish is great. Box we damaged but hitch is ok.

Easy to find right hitch. Good price. Package showed up with a lot of damage-hitch sticking out in two places. Hitch I ordered for my last vehicle showed up bent and damaged due to packaging. Thought they would have fixed by now. Luckily this hitch wasn't damaged even though the box was trashed.
It started by chatting with someone about the hitch I was interested in. Then once I ordered, or arrived very quickly. When I unpacked it, I was missing the hardware bag, customer service got that ordered for me right away. Appreciate the service I have received with my order.

I like how etrailer has always gotten my orders prepared for shipping and to the carrier the very same day I placed the order. The ability to track my orders is very good. My order arrived at a terminal in the Phoenix area, presumably UPS, on 12/26/24, but did not get transferred to the US Postal Service for delivery until 12/30/24, which to me is almost as long as it took to move the order across country to AZ, which is not etrailer's fault, but the fault of UPS.
