Great customer service and timely processing with delivery...

I always get what I expect great service at a great price. The towbar cover is more sturdy and fits better then the blue ox cover that I had before that I had got off Amazon.

Have used E trailer several times and provided links to your website to several others. One suggestion, the information part of the website, like trailer wiring diagrams is very hard to find using the internal search system, I can find it only by using google outside of e-trailer.com, your diagrams are the best, so preffer to use them over the rest found in google.

Customer service was helpful in answering my questions about the product. Website easy to find what I wanted. Received the vents & they look like an exceptionally quality product. Unfortunately I am returning them. I found it impossible for me to open the vents. The video I watched made it appear easy but I suppose I don't have the hand strength to open them so am reluctantly returning.

It is a great hitch receiver and arrived the same day we picked up the new car we purchased it for. The packaging could have been a bit better. The end pieces were poking out of the box and inturn got the paint scraped off. So I had to hit it with some Rustoleum. Maybe wrap the pokey bits in bubble wrap for future heavy orders. My 2 cents.
