Redarc stuff is great, and etrailer is always where I start my shopping. They had both the controller and wiring harness adaptor, and were able to recommend so I didn't have to search. Clean install, though getting a drill under the dash to mount the module is never easy.

Just got a new boat and a friend accidentally broke the back light on the trailer. Went to Google () for a new light, it came up on the etrailer website, ordered it that night and it was here within a week. It was exactly what we needed and are so happy with the quality and service from etrailer.
I made a purchase with 3 day delivery option. The item showed shipped but never arrived. I sent an email to customer service to check the tracking on the item. I received a shipping fee refund before an explanation arrived, a prompt explanation, and a replacement shipped promptly, and a follow up email to see if it arrived. Excellent customer service. I would have given 5 stars if it were overnighted so I didn't miss use of it on the trip I purchased it for. Overall among the better customer service stories in today's market.
