I especially like the installation videos on Youtube. It made installing very simple. Brake controller is working great. Time will tell longevity.
In stock, fair price, easy ordering process, prompt delivery, well packaged…. There's nothing more that you could have done! (Other than come to my house and install them for me!)
The zip ties holding the various parts broke, which caused the pieces to rub together and scratch the paint.
I needed to used it immediately, so I will have to deal with the a scratches before rust sets in.

I was replacing the old airbags with new ones. When I went to put the new ones on, I realized that the upper brackets were too short. So at that time I dug the old ones out of the trash, reused my upper brackets that were long enough to do the job, I didn't have much of a choice since I had everything tore apart at the time was not real happy with the situation.
Etrailer is my go to place. I checked with customer service to verify if they would honor a price drop right after I ordered an item.

ETrailer is great. I would have had an unusable 6' long Thule carrier shell if not for them. Their replacement parts KIT was a life saver. Some creep stripped out and stole all the interior parts on my shell stored in my shed. Thule CS was unhelpful when I wrote - but at least referred me to eTrailer. They made it happen, and now the top carrier is in full working condition again! Phew! Great price, great service. Really. Can't recommend them enough. And no I don't work for these guys!
