ETrailer is great. I would have had an unusable 6' long Thule carrier shell if not for them. Their replacement parts KIT was a life saver. Some creep stripped out and stole all the interior parts on my shell stored in my shed. Thule CS was unhelpful when I wrote - but at least referred me to eTrailer. They made it happen, and now the top carrier is in full working condition again! Phew! Great price, great service. Really. Can't recommend them enough. And no I don't work for these guys!

The mirrors fit almost exactly as specified. Just a small crack showing. They did require someone holding the mirror while the other person fastens the clips. We haven't used them on the road yet, but they seem to be a better fit than the strap on mirrors.

I haven't actually used the trailer for anything yet, but installation was relatively easy. The only problem I had was that there weren't any videos that showed how the hangars attached to the 2020 Honda Fit. The rubber whatever they were called seemed to be perpendicular to all of the other model years of Fits, but other than that everything was exactly the same. Haven't had any issues bottoming out (even when the front end of the car does), no rattling noises, and is very solidly mounted to the frame. I was worried that it would be bottoming out when looking at the EcoHitch trailer, but seeing how I've had no issues, I'm glad to have saved the 200 extra dollars I would have shelled out for that.

I got my first short bed truck in 40 yrs driving long beds it was a disaster could not turn around with out having a panic anxiety attack. The extender changed that experience.

Fast shipping. The product works great after one use. I feel like the price is pretty expensive for a 4 pin wiring kit. Be very careful disassembling your car clips. Lucky, I did not break anything...thank you Audi. Instructions are in black and white and difficult to make out. I have some electrical and mechanic experience so I was able to adapt. Good luck!
